Strongest is an app that allows you to compete with your friends at strength training. Just as you and your friends can show off holiday photos and achievements on Facebook or Instagram, Strongest allows you to boast of your latest accomplishments in four main strength exercises: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift and Shoulder Press.

Strongest calculates a 'Strength to Body Weight' Ratio to level the playing field: someone weighing 160lbs lifting 160lbs ranks the same as someone weighing 320lbs lifting 320lbs.
