Golf Strokes & Bets

Great app!!! My foursome, actually sixome, play multiple types of bets so it is very difficult to keep track of everything but this app does. I have a couple of requests though: We play in a sixsome and by default we play individual matches in nassau format against each other. I would like to be able to know when the match, in any of the 3 bets, is over so an auto press can be selected. Currently you have the option of an auto press but not when the match is won. We also play by default individual stroke play in nassau format against each other. This creates 15 bets along with the 15 match play bets mentioned above. The problem is that in the "bets" tab there are 30 different "nassau" matches. You should name differently the type of nassau bet, either "nassau match" or "nassau stroke" so that you can tell more easily what is going on in every bet. We also play a lot of different side bets such as greenies, sandies, etc. You should add a tab that shows each won side bet per player and not just by hole. We also play fourball, best ball, low net so the "bets" tab gets almost unusable. You should add different "bets" tab so as to group only the type of bet selected. Thanks .

Awesome app, had a hard time finding an app to keep track of bets and this one does everything you need.

This is the best app for a bet or wager. I've been using for a few years and love it. If the developer would just do one or two things it would be perfect. 1. Make the app sync between multiple phones. 2. Consider offering an iPhone version too. (lot's of people still use them for some reason.) Keep the app simple like it is now. Lot's of other apps offer a few games/bets/ wagering, etc. However, they also gum up the works by offering all sorts of other fluff such as social, GPS, Hcp, etc. etc. Don't go there. No other app out there does what Strokes does. Please don't add any of that other nonsense. Just golf games-betting-wagering.

Fantastic app for betting with your friends. There is a bit of a learning curve to make sure you set up the payouts correctly, but there are a ton of options for bets. My iPhone buddies wish they could get this app.

I use this 5-6 times a week. It is great. Love the fact that I can email the results of the round to my playing partners before they have cleared the 18th green. Wish the startup screen gave me my stats... Number of games played so far... Current handicap... Total amount of money won or (gasp) lost...etc

I seldom write reviews but am a frequent golfer that enjoys some bets with his friends. This app works very well and is extremely easy to use. You can keep track of Nassua's, automatic presses, and quota games - automatically and at the same time. well done.

Great if you like to golf bet and track annual bets

I use it 2 or 3 times a week. It is really easy to use and saves you a lot of time and errors specially if you make different bets with your foursome.

Need to be able to enter bet values at fractions of a dollar, .25, .50, etc.

Bet totals is a great addition.

Works as advertised.

Easy to setup and keeps track of handicaps. Best I've found so far for betting too. The email card function is fantastic.

This is a well-designed app. The app is very user friendly and does not take long to learn or set up. I am a 10 handicap and I play with golfers whose handicaps range from +22 to scratch and I have always disliked the amount of time it took to set up bets between our foursomes. With so many different stroke holes for different players trying to focus on playing golf was nearly impossible. This app has the ability not only to keep the scores but it also keeps all the bets for every golfer in the foursome. Not to mention how easy it is to keep all the "JUNK" bets as well. I highly recommend this app to anyone who loves to bet with their friends but dislikes the hassles of keeping track of everything. Now I can’t wait to get to the course and set up the days bets! Nice work Class Mate Software!

Improvements could be made to total each players $$ winnings/losses (it currently does not do totals) and ability to do 2 vs 3 players on a sixes bet.
