Striiv Activity Tracker for Android
Does not work properly. Only some of the charts load, some of the time, not a Bluetooth issue. And notifications do not come through consistently. Very disappointing. Even more upsetting is that customer service just quit trying to help. Will not recommend.
Like mine but for $80 it doesn't even measure my heart rate. :(. I'm 29 and got ran over by a car a year ago and had heart surgery 2 months after. I was told this had a heart monitor.. I feel ripped off. Yet i do love it. :)
I have had nothing but trouble. Can't view charts. Continually says "service not responding, try again later". Can't even contact customer service because it says, "failed attempt, try later ". It shows only home screen activity but past charts not visible. Disappointing app.
Doesn't updates data on user request, rather follows its own updating schedule and does not provide timely data graphs. I feel like using a another better fitness tracker just becz of application issue.
The app isnt the worst part, the device will nearly NEVER sync to my phone. When I do it works well for a few days until ot is tome to charge ahain, then a pain to sync again! Overall- less than impressed....
Probably one of the worst apps and firmware you can get. This issue has been going on for about a year. The only reason why i use it is because i got the device for so cheap. Sleep tracking charts won't load. If you're into fitness stats this is not the one. Spend a few more bucks and get something more reliable.
The add on apps seem to go absolutely nothing which is kinda pricey at 7.99 a piece. Where's the music control? Nice marketing scheme.... More of a low grade mediocre product even at $70 well $86 now that I wasted extra on the add one
I have an LG5 and ot never syncs. The device keeps telling me almost at storage capacity but it won't let me upload. Even after I do everything it says when you have trouble, it still doesn't work.

This use to be such a great app. I don't if it's updates or my new Samsung GS8, but it will not stay connected. It's paired but it won't stay. Always asking me to double tap to connect. Tried all the fixes but no go. And now my alarms keep repeating over and over and I can't dismiss. Looks like the dust bin for my Fusion.
It is suck on July 12 and won't progress to the next day. Tried everything in the help center. Guess i will try to send an email. So far not very happy with this app.
The update sucks! Only thing accurate now is battery percentage and nothing else is syncing. Keeps disconnecting from device. Not happy.
I love my Striiv Infusion Lite, you can buy different color wristband. It's slim and attractive. The customer service team are very helpful, professional and understanding. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm not sure how accurate the step counter is but from my experience it takes about a steps amount of energy to get it to count a step, for whatever that's worth. !!! MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS COMPATIBLE EVEN IF IT COST YOU $800+/- !!! The app has accurately recorded all the information on the watch; the app is only good for basic measurements/records daily or workout activitie. Good estimation the app works fine for that...
Lets me read my text messages and lets me see who's calling and vibrates for both. Keeps me from pulling my phone out unnecessarily. Also vibrates for alarms and reminders. The best features of this app and Walgreens smartwatch are the ones unrelated to Fitness. But that's what I bought it for. Keeping my phone in my pocket more often than not. If you can't figure out how to resync this after it's not synced you need to reboot your brain.
Was ok for the start but for the last few days won't sync to my phone. Can't even do software update. Seems to have crashed. Waiting for a response from customer care.
At first, the tracker worked relatively fine other than glitching for certain apps. Later on it stopped connecting with my phone.
Difficult to understand customise or maneuver...hate it after using fitbit
I like the app its self but the sinking bluetooth capability is horrible. Loose sink at least 90% of the time.
Awesome App for Walgreens activity tracker. No problems syncing tracker to mobile device.

Ads in a paid tracker app???? Seriously? There is one game ad at top on homescreen and says tap to play

Bought my tracker to connect with Walgreens app and phone (S3),followed all instructions but it won't. Other than that it is great, but because it won't connect I'll take back. Update : After a few minutes messing around with it I got it to link up and now works as advertised. I love it.
App is just ok. Nothing special. The add-on apps are pricey. I'm less impressed by the device than the app. Very low brightness so don't expect to use it outdoors. Promises have been made for over a year to fix it but they still have not. Won't say I wasted money on it but it would have been better spent on a different device.
Returned back - This is not worth the money. Feeling cheated knowing that my phone $500 (Android v 6) is not compatible with app. Recently bought new phone and this tracker. Specifically for my sleeping pattern monitoring. Charts won't load properly and customer service kept asking me to reset and refresh. Why was I not told on Box or while downloading App that certain phone are not compatible. You only talk about OS versions. Very deceiving and unsatisfactory

I'm finding it extremely frustrating that I set my tracker on sleep but it turns itself off halfway through the night. The graphs don't show up to date data despite syncing.
