STRIDE RITE REWARDS

The app glitches and freezes all the time. I can't even find my wish list for my son. Needs major work.

Press the cart button to checkout and a small blank box appears. It shouldn't be this difficult to purchase shoes.

Different log in info from the stride rite web site - nothing better than 2 different user IDs and a pin for one and password for the other is it still 1999 systems development where 2 development groups never talk to each other?! Got it setup and now my PIN DOESNT WORK, app seems to want account number but the only thing on screen is pin entry field, painful awful user experience. :(

Too many glitches. Store locator won't work. Shuts down constantly. Pin AND Password? Come on! Can't upload photos directly from phone (for free shoes contest) which forces you to go through FB, Twitter or Instagram to advertise for them. Incredibly frustrating app. Love the store but Don't download this app.

New look?! How about we focus in the app working. It asks for my pin I put it in and it tells me to put in a valid member number. Ummm there is no place for my member number.

What the heck??

So far so food. Easy to use.

App does not open with correct PIN #... have to uninstall, reinstall and start over every time. Fix the PIN feature related to rewards member.

Sucks needs work

I downloaded this app and I keep getting some else's information. I was unable to enter my receipt. .. horrible app!!

it never lets me in with this pin thing. i enter it and not valid

I have reinstalled 3 times and it doesn't let me completely register. And our also gives me a different name of Jessica. Not working!

Shoes, Clothes, &more!

Keeps pulling up someone else and now that person got my shoe credits. Plus I can see her past purchases. Not good at all. Should be able to log in on the web site not just this app.

I submitted an inquiry through the web. Never had a reply back. After the last one or two updates I have not been able to log in through the app. Not very useful anymore. Logging into the web page works.

I downloaded the app and registered, but it shows someone else and is slow and buggy. I deleted the app. I hope the website is better.

Stride Rite's website is horrible, so I don't know why I thought the app would be better. Buggy, slow, non-responsive, don't waste your time.

Not letting me log in or register with my existing rewards member info. Keeps telling me incorrect credentials. Deleting this!
