While the diagrams are clear enough, and the descriptions are detailed, the uncontrollable timer is a significant flaw (and what is up with it randomly jumping to lightspeed?!) As noted previously, the ad at the bottom covers the last line, and the only way around.it is to zoom in at least two steps (on my Nook, at least).

The ads are placed right over the last line of the instructions so you can't actually read it, which is pretty annoying. You can't pause the timer once it's started and the whole thing resets to the first stretch if you happen to rotate your phone.
