App is a bit slow, like when I entered the code after entering my mobile no., the code was sent to me 4 times( all of them were different), only one of them was correct, app at that time was not responding. At the time of sign in, I faced the same problem.

I like the app ...save time and money both ...things comes easily from long distance travel from city to sitapura..nice concept guys...keep it up...promote ad on radioo..really appreciable

Jumper, you guys had become synonymous with a taxi, auto or a helping hand just a tap away. Now that you guys are shutting doors we will miss you a lot. You had really transformed the way we could move things around swiftly and economically. I am sure reasons to shut down would have been very strong and not just monetary. Jaipur needs such start ups and one piece of advise , invest heavily in marketing before shutting down. Let people experience the bliss !!!

Is the jumper allowed to message the customer on whatsapp to have a personal conversation? I do not think so. Number privacy is not at all there. Literally did not expect this kind of impression. At first I was so happy to see this new venture and till the delivery even the service was good, but the next day the jumper tried to contact me on whatsapp, so not expected. The jumper's name was Kishan.

You need to wait for lifetime to get the otp, so that you can sign in...

Love this app. Only suggestion is that you can include a feature wherein if someone is sending me something via street jumper and if I also use the app, I should be able to get notified of pickup and be able to track it in real time. I don't think that'll require a lot of coding as well. Keep it up guys!

The updates about the jumper are not in sync. He dropped the product and I got a message after ten minutes that he is now at drop point.

I just love this service...probably it is the best service in jaipur...bt after updating the app, it is not working properly and I am unable to place any order...the app automatically shuts down or goes hang.

When you will start services in all areas of jaipur.

They have improved the service. Response to complain has been really good ... Impressed

Its one of the best services in Jaipur. It would become better if Jumpers use the facility of GPS in their phones.

Although crash problem solved ...delivery boy took 1 hr to deliver medicines for a route of 10 min .. nd went way off the route ..Dnt know whether it was intentional or what

Every time I launch the updated app it tells me a new version is available when there is none ! Plus I liked the earlier style of the logo

Ordered on friday 14 aug with my number ending 733.. The order was a pick up from mc d malviya nagar to sector 11 malviya nagar. .. The name of the jumper was vikas. The order was 1 mc aloo tikki burger 2 mc chiken burgers One medium french friees One soft drink from outside shop 1 ltr 5 disposable glaasses The delivery boy came after 45 mins for a distance of 2 kms only...the mc d bill was showing that he purchased a coke from mc d though it was no where mentiined in the message that buy it from mcd.

Tried it several times.. Never ever felt disappointed.. I forgot my spectacles at my friends place and they delivered it within very less time and taking utmost care
