非常不人性化的APP

It is so not user friendly since the update. Has the developer actually tried to use the app on a smartphone? It's a joke! I've deleted it will stick to the mobile site instead!

Unfortunately totally useless. I could not find a matching flight. Trying to check the time table. Also clumsy programming. Very difficult to change the date. Then departure and destination input ist lost. Uninstalled immediately.

Keep saying system time out! Try again later!

Always timeout when login by reservation code.

This app only can search the booking and ticket purchased in their own website. It totally wastes to install it.

Keeps receiving service timeout. Can't even search my bookings, e-check in is out of the question. Eva air has much much better app and convenient to use. Hey CI app developers, improve this app.

Cannot add to my travel management box shown unsuccessful. No gate number and no delay information!!! And this is an offical app.

Great Airline, good prices, just terrible in flight food

Looks and operates like an amateur exercise in coding. Couldn't even look my reservation up, let alone check in.

You can't even see the gate number. Worse than the airport app

Worst UI ever. A garbage app, I deleted it immediately.

No translation to english... not a usable app for most of the world flying china airlines

The UI is not bad, but it is really old fashioned, should update to more flat design

UI design not professional, but functions are working quite good. The trailer is really terrible since nobody would expect such a bad idea.

不論怎麼輸入，都連線逾時，華航真的很爛

連線超慢;訂位管理，連線都要等很久… 訂票時，輸入會員記錄，一直無法登入。 用手動輸入完成訂票，也不會記錄訂票記錄，不知如何查詢？ 難用

Whenever I try to do booking it takes long time then says no connection, even though my connection works well. Please fix ...

I'd say it's good Coz it's useful for me to track actual schedule and online check-in.

Come on china airline this app sucks. I called the LAX office and it said it cannot made international call. I'm an hour from it. Search not function right.

Half hearted effort at best. Waste of time.

It doesn't find my booking with booking number ...with cardnumber it finds my booking but doesn't find the flights ... has no settings to turn off that stupid video ... no settings to turn off sounds... absolute no-brain-software...

Put a trailer with sound is not a good idea. Noisy n consume cell memory. Skip of it, the sound still play for couple seconds. Please remove this feature and turn your setting feature become with real setting function.

Please remove the intro video. It's not necessary, especially when one is trying to use the app in a quiet place. The change seat feature never works as well.

There IS English, but it's hidden in the second last option in the overflow menu. Would be convenient if it's able to detect system default language or provide obvious language menus.
