Completely worthless. Used to work but now crashes the phone. Don't bother with this. Way better steaming apps out there.

Need help unable to open. Starts preparing then it stops. Could it be my phone? I have samsung galaxy ll.

Pick any radio station from the list and it indicates "preparing , preparing, preparing ... stopped". Too bad because other radio players work fine. Any suggestion?

on the samsung galaxy s2 tmobile but now after ics update it wont play any streams :( please fix it i love this app, lets me listen to alex jones and bill cooper on the go :)

Unfortunately this no longer works. It tries but it mostly freezes and doesn't play anything. Needs an overhaul to work with modern versions of android.

Always stops playing after a while with 'broken pipe' error that's easily remedied by hitting play again. App should be able to recover from that.

At first I thought it was the one radio station I was trying to stream, but then I tried every single last other one in the list and none of them work. It just does nothing at all. When I click the play button it does nothing. Nothing nothing nothing. I'm using a brand new Nexus 6, by the way, so it's not like there's something wrong with my phone.

App opens and lists all the stations but took more than five minutes to load a station, then promptly failed to play it. Did same thing for any other stations I tried. Also would be great if I could find a way to manually enter a station URL

When it works its awesome No longer works on my 4.0. Just keeps stopping every station no matter old or new. Wouldn't even play for a second. Would hate to have paid for it and this happened. Nexus S 4.0.3 tmobile no proxy unlocked and rooted.

Doesn't work in v4.2 JB, always fails to connect. Developer web site not updated since 2009. TuneIn radio now allows custom URLs. Winamp can stream ShoutCast. No use for this app anymore. It was fun while it lasted!

Updating every month doesn't always mean a good app. This app has a small footprint and gets me all my public radio and shoutcast urls. More feedback to come after more use.

This always worked great for me on my old Gingerbread phone, but streams no longer load or begin playing on either ICS or Jelly Bean. Developer obviously went totally AWOL nearly three years ago, from all evidence here / on the website / on his Twitter acct, and Android has completely passed this app by in the meanwhile. I feel bad for his paid users.

The app works on my Galaxy S 4g with no real problems. But the Xoom instantly says "stopped" after trying to connect to any station. Lame.

Works wonderfully on 2.3.7 but won't play on 4.0... This has been my favorite streaming app for some time and I would hate to have to settle for something less capable. 5 stars will return if / when this is fixed.

It completely sucks. Works for 15 seconds then loses stream, waste of your time. Don't send your $ to this rip-off app

OK, but there are better radio apps. On my desire it keeps coming up with a broken pipe, and finding the stations is not easy.

But it seems whenever the stream's song changes it counts it as a "broken pipe". This is the only app I've found that plays icecast2. Fix for 5 stars.

Skips and stops with full service on 3/4G. Never had that problem with 2 bars on EDGE years ago. Bad updates ruined good program.

Not authors responsibility to fix old free versions when OS update breaks it. Works great with gingerbread. Wish source was available. Maybe happened to author. People die/become sick/get tired. Accidents happen, Life changes. We are all guessing.

Streams started stopping randomly. Now most stations in MA dont seem to work at all with various error messages.

I used this app with older android version and had some quirks but was best one I tried. No longer works on Android 4.4

I promise I will raise review to 4+ stars if you make it work for my nexus 5 with 4.4.4 android os. At the moment app just stalls in preparing phase, haven't heard any sound yet.

Simply does not work after several tries - so much for listening to KCLU. I'll move on to available commercial stations.

Loads and finds station but says stopped before playing. Was very good but now useless with my Samsung 3S

It always freezes after less than a minute or two of playing, even when my internet connection is good.

Don't know if it's because of ICS. The app loads and looks like it wants to work, but it does nothing. It won't play any streams.

Used to be able to just paste/type links in form the main page. Now only lets you listen to preselected stations... Find More doesn't work, just takes you to the shoutcast webpage.. but you can't select or start any stations at all. Totally broken app.

Connection is often drop unless I'm next to a WiFi access point. Otherwise works well and easy to use.

Used to be the best, now a few updates broke it completely...useless :( I think dev does this on purpose for some reason

I've been listening to Shoutcast on my mobile since about 2004 and I have to say this is one of the best apps for it. It's certainly the best on Android. I don't understand why Winamp won't let you open a .pls or .m3u file from the web, seeing as Winamp's primary function is to play music, but this application does it.

Will not play anything. Ploy to get us to buy the Pro version? Disappointing...

This app doesn't work anymore. Press play and it immediately stops. I kept it installed hoping that it would be fixed but now it's been too long. Uninstalling it for good.

The one feature I wanted in a smart phone was the ability to stream public radio. It doesn't work AT ALL

cool but would be much better if you made a forward and backwards buttons to skip through songs online for m3u playlist. can you do that?

As other reviewers have said, this doesn't work on a Nexus 7. No updates in the last 2 years so I'm not holding my breath.

Recently it'll prepare, then immediately stop. Let me know when it works again.

Finally, an app that easily plays my streaming radio PLS files and links!
