Used to work. But now it cannot run anymore. Keep exiting. It looks like compatibility issue on Android L or 64 bit intel chipset. Worst app ever had.

Manufacturing company has Changed. I struggled finding support until I came across the manufacturer I've sent an email regarding the NVRS firmware, then I was contacted by the new company, they provided new firmware and app which its VIEWCAN.

Please fix or update this apps, it keeps auto shutdown since i upgrading my phone software!

I just read one of the following comments here. It seems VIEWCAN is the new app to be downloaded. It works for me perfectly on my LTE mobile data and home internet as it was shutting down on Viewcam. Please download Viewcan instead.

It is working fine on my samsung S6 but crasing on my oppo 9009. Thts disappointing please fix that asap.

Keeps going down though. Works on pc but no remote access for weeks now. Sort it out!

Hello its doesnot work in 3G its comes out of the app please solve the problem I installed viewcam it just login, but I am not able to view the camera it just come out of the app please do some thing

Hardly works under 4G these days and have to find Wi-Fi connection. Is their server that slow..???

I has been using this apps from s3 for few year but when install in lenovo a7ka model when connect through broadband wifi it functions ok but once i want to use it through my LTE service it will just auto shut down. Please help.

recently changed new phone to Xiaomi Redmi note 3, using LTE service via my phone data plan. installed Viewcam Lite, it worked for the first time login, but later auto shutdown everytime i try to use it. able to log in but cant access the device i choose, and it will auto shutdown back to home screen. any idea what is happening??? please help.

Works fantastic on apple but in android it is very bad.auto shutdown in android over mobile data. Why do you develop such apps where you can't keep it up to date

I have now been using this app for over 2 years and it is by far the simplest to setup while offering many great features. My clients and I have been very satisfied. ***Please fix*** 1. Exit on pressing home button 2. Landscape mode: was fine before last update please remove the buttons at bottom of the screen. They are not necessary in landscape mode and the view is no longer proportional.

AFTER THE RECENT UPDATE, THE HORIZONTAL MENU ON BOTTOM OF SCREEN DOES NOT AUTO-HIDE ITSELF. IT IS BLOCKING A GOOD PORTION OF THE CAMERA VIEW ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN, THIS SHOULD BE AUTO-HIDE JUST LIKE THE RIGHT SIDE VERTICLE MENU. THANKS.

Doesn't work in Marshmallow

App works fine on my other Android phone, but for my Galaxy Note 4 the app closes each time I try to open it. I have not been able to view anything all. Is there another app?

I have same issue with Alex teo. The app auto kick me out by showing app stopped since android updated. I just un install, restart then reinstall. It is resume back. Please remember copy down all device info before uninstall.

Ok. Problem solved by myself. Uninstall and reinstall the app. It should help. Try clearing all data prior uninstall if simple uninstall doesnt work.

I have been happy with this and love showing my customers what hidef should be like. But after your update the full screen sucks. I can't promote this anymore. How do I get back the old version?

Very Easy to Operate, Good but add some zooming system.

It was working fine before the latest update. Now I cant view my cam from the app at all and ive been waiting for weeks for this to be fixed!!
