Great app, lots of items on sale, lots of great items for sale. Great search function to find items. I'm in Aus.

Has potential but I can never find what I'm looking for on the app and always have to go to the main site. It seems not everything is listed on the app. For example, Chanel does not even show up! Not in the search by brand or even the search bar itself, yet it is available on the website.

The settings are quite nice and easy to search for products, but seems like most people have occurred the same problem: cannot change the currency! They have this setting in Account area and Setting area, both are useless! I have changed them several times withoit success! So I will uninstall this app and go back to website then.

Alot of shopping products. But the tracking ability and the tracking system are slow and unreliable. Customer service response times are wayyyy higher than waiting for a bank teller before a holiday

Had a few ordering issues after having to reload the app after getting a new phone. But otherwise it's been awesome in every respect and definitely saves me $$ on the products i need.

Terrible placed an order still shows in shopping cart tried to track the order as received email confirmation doesn't show and won't track. When searching under brands keeps flicking to home pages

Its ok in general, but crashed when trying to re-order. Prefer to order directly from the website. App design can be improve.

This was the first time i did online shopping in Pakistan.I could not find the perfume anywhere not even in Malaysia. I ordered it from this website. They delivered it in two weeks and i got the authentic perfume. Im so happy. Plus their shipment is free =). Highly recommended. I would definatly vouch for this website.

Love the app - great to choose your favourite shampoo/conditioner and then choose a size without having to go look for a different size

Always my go to app , it Beats being looked down to but shop staff who think their better than their customers and I save $$ and still look fabulous

My issue is that after I set up my location and currency, it still shows pounds instead of Australian dollars.

Average app...but lot of things to be fixed for example in product searching, in navigation and favorite list etc.

The currency option doesn't work.The products listed only showed in GBP and couldn't select other currency.

Delivery date is delayed because it's International which is okay. Customs process. But I received authentic product.

I like the app but it keeps crashing on me.

Currency unchanged altho I changed it repeatedly.

A bit clunky to work around both app and website

Have added 3 items to cart but it's only showing 1 item and the total amount for 1 item, but the notification is showing I have put 3 items in there but I can't find them.

This app does not open after download and install, although there has been some bug fixes there are more bugs to fix.

The app doesn't synchronize with the website, expl: when I add something to the bag here I can't find it in the bag when I log through the website !

I couldn't even get to the cart to make a purchase... Did nobody test this app? And lots of product missing.

I have been buying from this place for more than 5 years i love everything ,the price,quality and customer service is fantastic.

Pretty cool as it has much products that is not within my reach. Plus this cuts my time and cost of finding what i want in shops.
