This app provides a method for documenting a seizure (date, time, duration, symptom, video, trigger) and will remind you to take your medications on time.
You can also track behavioral and physical medication side effects which are pre-loaded into the app based upon the prescribed medications that you select.
This application has an optional Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) settings to remind the patient, or caregiver, to swipe during and after the seizure.

I have a daughter who is 20yrs old and special needs. She cannot keep track of her seizures on her own. This app makes keeping track of seizures and med intake so easy on me. Instead of paper logs this app so easily can be synced with her many doctors at U of M. I myself have medical issues and this app helps me keep better track of my daughters medical issues. This app has the best features,i love all the different questions about the seizure type, what was happening,etc. The side effects list is very expansive so most of them will be on there. I use the med reminders always because I'm bad about taking my medication on time in the evening if I'm not using it.

This app really helped keep on track with meds. It also was great when talking to the emergency room doctors. I had the med list, video of seizures, list of seizures in the cluster and duration.

This app has helped so much. My daughter is 23 and takes 5 different meds twice a day plus Vns. This has helped as a reminder for her meds and in emergency it has helped me to remember exactly all her meds and activities when 911 has been called. This has helped so much!
