Like the app it's easy to navigate around but . Cannot get the chime to work from this app. It highlights it on the app but still doesn't work. Please is there any other way for contact to my mobile if alarm goes off. I get email but would prefer notification to phone
Hills is this a joke? What's the point if i cant get notified via the app... I know emails are an option but seriously. Please implement this in the next update, I feel this is a must!
Off button doesn't seems to work. App itself takes a lot of time to load. Needs improvement.

Works well but annoying delay since its going via cloud. I'd prefer a direct connection option as I've setup Dyndns and Port forwarding to commnav. Accessing my comnav via http directly and the response time is quicker. Cheers
When setup correctly its amazing .Using it to provide door control turn aircon on off,most important thing track users.

well, I've installed many Das products over the years, no problem unsolvable with tech support. The new comnav2 works well with the R128 -I usually install that one, so I'm not sure if it works well with the lower end The manual is lacking in a few places, so I carry an amended version I have had no problem with this app and the clients have been very happy. So, my guess is, it is a network issue. there are some definite tricks to make it easier for the app to navigate the ports. Obviously, there are so many different routers out there, so there may be a problem there, I install a lot of camera systems that need outside access -so I know all about router port forwarding problem!! good luck with your problem solving
Completely useless. Three devices three fails. Error message saying alarm cannot be reached. Friends at work suffered the same fate. Emailed support and got no reply.

Nice and simple. Using it with a Hills system. Has worked great over the past 2 years however could do with an update to allow us to be notified via this app instantly if the system is tripped. Email system just isn't sufficient although it's the only option available atm.
