Witz is a new ride sharing service. We are providing Ubering. But we have differences with other ride sharing services.
Because we are being with customer always and trying to listen their voices. We believe this attitude will make values.
Just examples, part of our values, is Matching, Safety, and Customer Service.
One, we providing custom tailored drivers matching with riders.
If you want to find child friendly driver, we will matching based on driver's will. And if you looking for some language available driver, we can match. If you are tired and want to take a rest for driving, you can show your feeling before requesting your cars.
Second is security system camera and recorder on both sides, but like blackbox of airplane, those record must be checked under legal request.
Third is customer service. We will provide e-mail, and voice call center for accepting any problem during our journey in various languages.
These look so small things, but these will bring big changes in our public transportation system.
