I hope there could be something as minus rating. The customer service of this app is the worst I have experienced till date. The guy on the other side when I called was so arrogant that he just didn't listen to me and just hanged up. I guess they are not bothered.

Given phone number doesn't work, no one answers. Payment mode is not shown, order gets placed immediately(no option to use debit/credit card). Delivery took 27 hours. Quite pathetic actually. The delivery people did not know how to use the swipe machine and extremely annoying. Products were good.
