They are provide very good service every time and always delivered their commitment

Never on tym .....after booked cab they forget to send cab ...

They took 832 rs for 20 km and when i called their manager MR.NAVEEN,he is also like same...he is not doing anything just telling me rubbish excuses...baware of their driver Shyamu yadav...both are cheaters ...beware!!!!!

1.App is not synced with real time data at all 2.Customer care executives are illiterate(they do silly mistakes) 3. I ended up with no cab during an important travel. 4.even your booking id shows invalid on this app

Previously I was happy with radio taxy but today taxi was late by 30 minutes.

Service is good but app doesn't work properly.

I had booked from vikas nagar to airport and the driver was polite and in time. Called me from his own mobiles three four times to locate my house with smile.

Cab available kabhi nahi h inke pas sabse busy yhi h jeae poori duniya k,offc m phone kr k book karo cab to battamiji se bat karte or bilkul b tameej nhi h inke ,worst service 1 star b isliye diya coz uske bina comment na de pata ghatiya cab service

Worst service in Lucknow... Was stuck after cab didn't turn up... There was not even a call for providing info that cab can't b provided. Do not ever rely on them

Book at your own risk: twice recently cab failed to turn up while going to & fro the Rly Stn.

I have been booing cabs through laptop and the site works fine. However the app doesn't work. It says 'sign in" but the there is no button for registering. Moreover the location finder doesn't work.

I booked my cab @ 10 o clock for 11:30 cab never came.........worst in the universe. Don't book it ever. There are many other cabs in Lucknow....if Google play had stars in - (minus) rating I would have rated it --------99999
