Problem downloading app. My employee had difficulty trying to clock in so I added myself as an employee and can't get app to download on my phone

No word about how you have to pay a monthly subscription in the app store but then all of a sudden when you download it what do you know you cant even access the app with out paying

Works great easy to use once you get the hang of it... very accurate... now I know where and when my workers start and when they finish... really easy to figure out the hrs at the end of the week... Roberto team manager is always available when I have any questions or need help regarding any issues
