I don't know if it's the new patch or my updated phone but everything nworking great again! Thanks to the devs for working to fix problems.

The latest update has meant that I struggle to open stories and view images. This is with a solid network on an S7 edge.

Was good when it worked. Conversations no longer load.

Had the picture viewer finally open after the third attempt. Features are very limited with this app in comparison to the mobile website. At least there; I can view my other child's story page too. (I have 2 on the account and although you can see there is a second child on the system, I can't switch to her story page and view her updates). Also, it's a new year, obviously new class assignments. Next year I don't want strangers viewing my children's photos. The educator has put up the photos for the parents of this year not next year's.

Terrible experience. Log in and see absolutely nothing. My wife has our child care's entire feed. Surely iOS and Android use the same web services?

I love this app. I get to be involved with my grandsons learning day to day and although we live in different countries what a wonderful way to see what he is learning day to day. App works fine on my Huawei P9+, no problems so far

Why does android have 1.2.9 version and Apple has 2.6.3. The Apple version is so much better and more refined. In the Android version i have to view all post about other children back years ago which i dont care to see. On Apple it is only my child i can view. Please update asap to the apple version as the android one is total crap.

As mentioned by many, pictures won't load in stories anymore... something is corrupt - only thumbnails display. So I am having to log onto website... Therefore the app defeats the purpose and is useless for me at the moment. Can't go back to an older version either. PLEASE RELEASE NEW VERSION WITHOUT THIS ERROR.

Cannot view images in Stories only! Only their file info. The page appears unfinished or corrupt

I love storypark but notifications have stopped and now pictures wont load. Have uninstalled and installed multiple times but still doesn't work! Would also love to save pics... please make this an option!!

K70%
by K####:

An option to save the photos and an option to sort posts by time and date would be brilliant. Otherwise the app is very basic and as featureless as a dumb app.

S70%
by S####:

Dont bother at the moment. It used to be quite good, but now I can't download photos or videos? Even after latest update and I'm not the only one. Come on, sort it out developer, it's been like this for the past month or so!!!!!!!

I've had this app for over a year and for the most part is has been fantastic. Unfortunately I stopped getting notifications about 2 months ago. I uninstalled and imstalled the app again and I still don't get the notifications and now the pictures and videos won't load. Please do something about that asap. Thr app is basic but nice. It would be nice to have more features on the app that you get on the website as I like most people usually only use their phones to read and add stories on Storypark.

Need to be able to enable/disable and filter push notifications. If you do this I'd consider 3.5 to 4 stars. They're too common and thus very annoying. Functionality is a bit too limited. Would like to see more of website functionality, especially user settings, reproduced here to make it worthwhile instead of using mobile site.

K70%
by K####:

Frustrating that notifications for new stories no longer appear so if I dont remember to check the app daily I miss new stories and sometimes dont see them for days. Perhaps the ability to choose whether to receive notifications within the app would be useful. Othewise a good app.

O70%
by O####:

I can't log into it. Says error with password or email and both are correct. Tried reinstalling and still not working. Waste of time

K70%
by K####:

Doesn't seem like you can do as much as you can on the website. Also would be nice to be able to leave conversations or at least turn off notifications for specific conversations.

Y70%
by Y####:

I'm having the same issue as others with the no notifications and no images on stories, yet when I click on where the image is meant to be it comes up. Slightly annoying as I thought it was a problem with my phone, now I know im not the only one

K70%
by K####:

This has been a welcome app to our falk life. Getting a sneak peak into our daughters day has enriched the way we interact with her at home and open a channel of communication between us and her educators that wasn't there previously

K70%
by K####:

Um the latest update messed the app up. When i click on the story it doesn't load the photos or videos attached to the story. Can someone please fix it.

O70%
by O####:

Like the app, easy access. Would love it if we could save the photo's to our device and download the stories through the app like you can on a pc.

V70%
by V####:

I don't receive notifications all the time. Stories are not appearing in chronological order and there is no way to sort them.

K70%
by K####:

Notifications really do need to be fixed. I don't need the default notification sound going off at work whenever another parent posts a comment. Just a single no sound notification would be enough, give me the option to configure it please ! I'll see it on my coffee break and have a read and a smile. Save photo would be a nice feature also, screen shot works fine for now.

This is a great tool from both a parents and educators point of you. It offers great insight into a childs day. The only drawback I have found (from a parents side) is there is no way to turn off or change (the sound of) notifications for both community & personal stories or comments etc. The only way to prevent them is to log out. While being able to turn off notifications may seem trivial, it makes sense if your child only attends 1 day or 2 days a week. Hopefully this can be added when there is an update

K70%
by K####:

A year on from my original review and still such a basic app. No ability to add photos to comments on stories, still no function for viewing different rooms, and can't make announcements from community posts. PREVIOUS REVIEW:Can't look at one child's stories or stories you personally have added. Only all stories and not even in the correct order-one from today then one from three months ago.

H70%
by H####:

Great way to have Storypark on the go, simple but good app, but really need some sort of setting so we can turn off notifications. Having my phone go off every time someone comments on a community post is really annoying.

K70%
by K####:

Website is better and more versatile. Every child's story is jumbled on one feed. Having the app is pointless when the website works better. Emails work well for me as notifications

K70%
by K####:

No way to disable notifications from comments while also being notified of new posts. I don't need a notification for every parent comment, but I would like to know about new photos.

K70%
by K####:

Seems bizarre that there is no control over which notifications you receive. I don't want a default system notification whenever somebody posts a comment. Bizarrely you can can configure email notifications via the website but it doesn't affect the app notifications.

B70%
by B####:

Great to see what my Grandson is up to BUT TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS. Once a day would be plenty not every time a child eats dirt or something.

K70%
by K####:

Pls give users access to edit notification preferences. I don't want to be notified about each comment. .

K70%
by K####:

When creating a story I can't seem to change the date if I can't create the story the same day I need to be able to appropriately document the date.

K70%
by K####:

As many other users have commented, really need an option to disable notifications and ability to download photos.
