Q: Is everything I will do private?
A: Yes. Your Mindfulness notes and personal challenges are just for you. We'll give you a choice to share them with your friends on Facebook and Twitter, but it is completely up to you. We believe it's a good idea, because doing things in a group is easier and support of your friends can be a source of priceless motivation.

When I first checked this app out it felt like a friend has given me a perfect gift. It is great: it makes you focus on the bright side of your life through the lens of your camera phone. As I anyway use the camera in my phone to cheer my mundane everyday up, I'm happy to make it a more conscious exercise with this cute app.
I really enjoy using this app - makes it easy to remember the good things in life!
I like that this app lets you make a very small diary commitment (like 3 or 7 days) not the daunting 100 days :D Let's see how it goes!
