A product is only as good as the support team behind it. Design4us does not have support what so ever. I have emailed several times regarding this app crashing and not a single responce, I used to rely on this app to keep my business contacts honest. If the app doesn't work, I can't hold people accountable to their word, If the developer doesn't respond to emails especially since I PAID for it what use is the app since it is specifically designed for my phone the GS5. Waste of resources.

Worked for a while than it randomly records. Never worked with bluetooth, I tried several. Many emails to support go unanswered. I would like a refund, but I am sure that is impossible.

Update! - this app continuously force closes when a call comes through. Please fix! Smh ------------------------------- It was working when I first downloaded but hours later it no longer works nor opens Smh.

I need my refund. There are better apps with more rich functonality which do not charge outright untill you have tested the app. The bluetooth support tue developers claim this app has is dysfunctional. I need a refund cause the app needs lots of improvements.

So far after downloading the App and doing a little testing on outgoing call not on speaker recorded both voices, on speaker it recorded both sides of conversation. On incoming call recorded both sides of conversation on and off speaker phone. A bit more testing still to do though. This initial test was done with the settings that are out of the box. So far this app works on a basic level. Only willing to give 2 1/2 stars untill testing is complete. The next phase will be real world, real time recording over several days to get a better picture of how this App works..
