Stop & Shop

Can't add coupons from the weekly flier and there is no way to only see the new coupons added week to week. This app is a useless time sink.

Doesn't sync with computer, doesn't let me check off things from my list, doesn't load in store. Don't like it.

Keeps saying that it can't be processed at this time.

What is the difference between the peapod and this app? I already have an acct for the pedpod, but I cannot log into this app. It doesn't make sense.

Takes very long to load coupons and then locks up. Also used to be able to print an abbreviated list which consisted of only a few pages then they changed it to print out like a book. Also doesn't remember you. They need to majorly update this app for people to want to use it.

The app works okay but not great. If you select an item to view and add to your list, when you return it puts you back to the top of the ad instead of where you were last. Completely unusable in that regard. Adding eCoupons works okay, viewing the flyer too, but the add to list part needs immediate improvement.

The UI sucks. I wanted to get it to make a shopping list. It has a shopping list but theres no intuitive way to add stuff to it or anything. There probably is a way, but if it doesn't make sense off the bat it's useless. I'm not going to learn how to use a Stop and Shop app.

PLEASE NOTE FOR EVERYONE HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN. Log in with your 'ID' not your email address. I've had trouble with it too and when I use the ID instead it works It was working okay but for some reason last update causes the screen to go super bright when in membership card and this causes the computers at my store to not be able to read it and I have to manually type it in now. It was fine before now it wastes my time :/ DISABLE THE SCREEN BRIGHTENING app developers!

They finally fixed the used coupon issue where it would still show up after use. I wish there was a better way to view the loaded coupons. No search feature for loaded coupons whereas the available coupons are.

This update is the worse. They took away our shopping cart and I can only browse through the flyer now which I liked the list view better. I miss the old way yet it froze a lot.

1) Everytime I open the app, it asks for my email address and says my "account is not up to date." Over and over it asks. It's ridiculous. 2) Gas rewards points are never accurately displayed. Points that have expired don't get deducted on the app so when I get to the pump it is a surprise how many points I have. Really a poorly maintained app.

Not reliable.. time consuming adding coupons-sometimes 2 or 3 attempts to load just one. They still show even after they are redeemed, search system not very helpful.

The coupons still do not show when they are redeemed, which is slightly annoying, but the app works.

App needs more improvements, like removing coupons already redeemed and added a search feature in the loaded coupons section.

Use your user ID to log in and not your email and use your password, it opens the app

They need to add the feature to be able to unload / delete a coupon!!

Loading coupons is a joke. This app doesn't seem to let me load coupons. It takes so long to load a single coupon and then seems to freeze and not let me load more coupons. There should be a way to load all coupons too. There should also be a way to show which coupons have expired. This app is a complete joke. I'm not sure why they haven't fixed it yet.

What app doesn't remember you??????! So basic. Regardless of other problems, the least you could do is make it rememver the person that's using it. Whey app on my phone remembers me except this one

Never keeps me logged in. It always says there is no internet, when there is, never loads in store. Love the coupon concept but it's worthless when I can't even open my card in store. I've resorted to taking screenshots of my card

Perfect app to save $$$ Before i go shopping, I always load coupons. Never had a problem where I feel the need to knock off a star. Sometimes, I'm even able to use the same coupon twice... IF it doesn't come off my loaded coupons. Great for the days they have $5 off of $15. I divy my order and save :) There was probably one time when my coupon did not apply. It was for a free chocolate bar. I just went to customer service and they gave me $2 back in cash. Easy peasy.

I've tried creating an account all morning, no luck. Seems like a headache until they work out the kinks.

Can't sort coupons loaded. Makes it difficult to see what coupons you have while shopping. No order in loaded coupons what so ever.

The coupon system is awful. Can't clip all coupons at once, a d clipping more than one at a time clips the wrong stuff. Really poor design when compared to the Wegmans app.

I don't like the new format for the shopping list. What's with the limit on characters for an item? Also I can't seem to cross off so.ething when I've got it in my cart as I'm shopping. Was pretty good before, worked about 98% of the time but now it's less user friendly.

The number of characters allowed when adding an item to the shopping list is way too small. I have to press edit in order to email my shopping list. I would like the ability to add a product in my coupon list to my shopping list. I need the coupon search function to cover the ones I've already loaded, too.

Worked great til the update. Now it is slow, doesn't load coupons. A main reason why i shopped here and used the app.

Needs option to store login. App is good at keep those highly classified coupons loaded to my card secure, from me! Absurd. My bank app is easier to log in to.

Loaded coupons do not always get applied, even when you have bought the correct product. I don't have time to keep going to customer service.

It just keeps crashing on me, every time I want to load coupons, it shuts down, please fix, it's frustrating when I'm shopping and can't get my deals!!!

Real good. The only suggestions I can make is to increase session timeout rather than frequently prompting for credentials, and to include a Clip All option for coupons. No one wants to clip 300 coupons one by one.

Downloaded app and unable to activate as S&S servers were down. Not likely to try again!

This app never loads or it freezes constantly. Not worth the trouble.

Couldn't load any coupons just crashed every time. Don't bother with this!

I absolutely love this app and loading coupons is so easy

Besides all of the issues raised by others, it would be great if two more functions available: 1. All of the clipped coupon items automatically populate the shopping list, with an option to delete items. Makes no sense to scroll through list of items then have to flip between shopping list & coupons to create the list. 2. Be able to print the shopping list. (&/or coupon list). As I scroll through items, thinking "I could use that" & clipping the coup, I'll never remember it all at the store. My wife will NEVER use the list in the app., she likes a written list. A printed list is too much technology for her unless I argue is merits. She's not stupid, just likes the old fashioned way.
