Wanted to give my granddaughters some really personalized quilts...these stickers are a good idea, but they don't work! IF I am lucky enough to get the app to scan the label, it will only upload to 10% and then shuts off. Otherwise, it just shuts off without scanning. Totally disgusted. A waste of money!!! Do not buy!!

I purchase the book and when tried to scan the codes NONE of them worked. The app is horrible, keeps shutting off. The only thing that seems to work is to buy more codes. Scheme!

App does not work at all I would love this not at the office all day so this would be good for me and my assistant

I bought a scrapbook with coded stickers in them that weren't working when I tried them today. I emailed customer support and recieved a response within hours and they're sending me replacements. Excellent customer service at least!

Great idea. This would be an exceptional app. If only it worked. I guess that is why they only sale these journals in your local clearance retailers

Seriously, Stay away from this S*** This is such a great concept by design, and so poorly executed as to wonder what the makers were thinking when they set it up so that video is played with flash. Flash, you might recall being that application that mobile devices do not support Flash, that instant process by which the makers should have thought, hmm, perhaps we will use HTML5 or some other way of letting customers use the product as it was intended on a device it was intended for but no, sadly they decided, f*** it, lets take their money and let them figure it out later seriously, what were the makers thinking?

Bought the book. But none of the codes work . and 6 months later there finally a reply from customer service. Absolutely terrible

Bring your valuable business elsewhere everyone, because this app is ridden with error, and no one cares to fix it.

Why can't you play videos by scanning the code on the app?? It's useless without that feature

Just got a great little travel journal with codes and the electronic appeal was lost. Doesn't scan codes, and app is lacking. Don't bother.

Uploading the video to the code doesn't work on mobile device. Scanning the code doesn't work either. The video will only be seen if I show it from my device, defeats the purpose of the whole system.

Why can't one record video or audio on the mobile app? Also, why are the codes I bought in the scrapbook invalid? Suggestion - when I scan the code on the front of the purchased scrapbook it has the associated codes in my library. Then I pick which one I want and create - IN THE MOBILE APP. I've been trying for an hour now and getting pretty frustrated. Update, I gave up on voice or video and settled for text. Everything worked fine, but it will not recognize the code when I scan it. Says invalid code.

I can't figure out how to use it. Regretting my notebook purchase. There should be more directions.

Purchased a scrapbook kit that included codes. Every time I scan a code the app crashes. I'm not even able to upload videos. Really stinks because I'm trying to put together a wrong album with video clips :( uninstalling app.

I used it back in March with no issues, but when I tried to scan the codes for my Mother's day cards, it won't even let me into the app. It keeps crashing. I have a Droid RAZR M.
