The app is the key feature of this solfex neostat thermostat, as the app is a total load of rubbish it makes the thermostat just the same. Faulty, poor cheap design with hard to see screen. App, logs out most days, crashes, slow, looses all pairing information Heatmisers sever looses log on information. This would be a great product if the app was even half decent. I sent 37 neostat back and purchased nest stats as there 100% more reliable. P's I used the new sale of goods act to return as faulty

once of the worst Android apps I have ever used. Makes the kit useless. Thank goodness I have an iPad because the Apple app is far better.
