Very slow to start up (could you not store the app state in memory or something?). Also no way to override home/away modes in the app (I've had to create an IFTTT Do button for that purpose).

Unlike other people I am actually able to log in with no problems but the app regularly crashes when trying to change settings. Works half the time when using the timer setting but doesn't work at all in thermostat mode. You obviously know this doesn't work but have made no effort to update the app.

I haven't experienced any issues when using this with my SmartStat. The UI could do with a bit of polishing though. It would be good to make use of the screen real estate in the tools menu by exposing what each setting does to prevent the user having to refer to the printed guide, if they know where it is!

The application needs some serious work. The temp hold works, but trying to set wake and sleep times is a joke. Doesn't do anything to the unit! Presumably a farmed out app where the developers are not bothered.

Usually always fails to log in and start up. Error messages etc and that's at home using wifi. Doesn't seem to have as much as the older stats that I can find. Bit disappointed in this if I'm honest.

Often fails to start when using auto-login requiring a delete then a reload from store. No problems with a standard login and app works well. Latest version has resolved the auto-login bug. Much appreciated.

Frequently crashes when trying to submit settings to thermostat. Shame, as the thermostat itself is quite good, let down by the app!

If it doesn't connect using cellular data, delete the proxy server and associated port in the APN settings. Restart cellular data and all should be well. App should have been tested properly.

Maybe there was an older version that worked but this app is almost totally dysfunctional. Logs into system but does not report anything. One setting page I can get onto has no save or apply button. Settings do not save on change either.. Can't access rest of app. Just says loading then nothing happens....

Working in IT I know when an app has been designed and coded decently, this is not one of them. I mean come on Heatmiser you and your IT can do better than that. Lucky if it doesn't crash on load. Also how about dealing with those who have registered to help out on your BETA programs, its for your benefit to create and code a decent new app
