I'm unable to simply Add a car, it shows nothing!! If I give my Car engine details it says Already registered but nothing happens: @

Submitting the review for the second time. Again Honda has ruined the app. The app is simply very very slow. So slow that the plus button to add the fuel log simply does not work. Keep on tapping on the button... But it simply will not work. The app is patgetic and keeps hanging. Why can't u guys at Honda keep it simple and easy and straightforward to use? If someone's listening at Honda, pl do something... I use the app regularly to keep track of my car's mileage and other stats, thats why I feel annoyed and hence am posting the issue to Honda... Hope someone listens...

02-Sep-2017, All those complaining of missing data need to log out and re-login. IT WORKED FOR ME and i got all the data back including refuel data. Thanks. It provided the car details immediately after entering Chassis and Engine number. Getting tempted to install Minda iConnect now. Update: 21-Sep-2017 From yesterday i might have received at least 30-35 alerts that my car is leaving Geo fence and entering back . Both the messages come almost the same time and have same time stamp. Thinking of disabling Geo-fence which i thought is an Excellent feature. Point number 2 Locate my car always start with Rajpath, New Delhi now instead from tbe last known location and takes long time to show Actual location Please provide a fix. 15--01-2018 It irritates when the App keeps asking to switch on GPS when back button is tapped even if to keep the GPS off is intentional. I am using 14886D0384 Honda device and my car met with major accident & some how survived..car went to scrap! but the app or device never showed it! after a year use, subscription got terminated. happen to purchase another City Car and Honda Sales focal told device cant be used with another Honda car! when followed up asked to contact Honda Customer Care! they guided me back to dealer! no one knows renewal and transfer process! sales team was keen to sell another device to make money! when met 3rd time dealer they asked me a cheque for Rs289! need to send device back to Minda Gurgaon itseems! in this digital world, the process followed is pathetic and ridiculous. overall neither it served purpose nor renewal and transfer process is easier!

map data to be connected with offline maps like sygic and here maps, provide owners manual for connected car model, provide service pickup (time of pickup & drop), till date my car met with 3 more impacts, but, air bags does not opened impacts not registered in H connect, y?

Very good app. Some analytics on mileage will be beneficial. Some documents issued by the dealer can be pre populated including insurance taken from dealer to ensure completeness.

The current release has completely ruined the app. The map is not reliable and is slow. Despite the fact that you need to subscribe, it's becoming a app with advertisements for Honda.

After reinstalling the app.....difficult to add car, when tried it says the car is already registered while in my car its asking to add a car....kindly chk

After update it does not show my car and i cant enter my car detail..so now after modification it is useless app from a big brand.. but after reinstalling it works....thnx to honda for g8 app

There no option to amend the booking. I booked service for one particular day and if I feel might not be able to make it and if try to change date it doesn't allow me.

After sign up it says email or wrong password each time. The worst app of the world.

Trips are not logging properly and is happening frequently.

don't show all trips & notification alerts....& very slow to locate your current location... please fix this bug asap

Why I'm not getting trip info? I just see it only for 1 or 2 trips in a month!!

At last problem resolved in latest update after almost 2 months. Hope this doesn't happen again.

Can't get it to work. Crashes in a second after it opens. Horrible, useless app. The latest update as of 7/11 does nothing to fix it

Totally upset with last update. Map view is really horrible to locate my car. New map view is difficult to identify the location too. old map view was looking good.Don't know they have tested the coding before releasing this version. All function are like a icon nothing more than that. If these bugs are not fixed ,I won't renew my subscription

Edited: I got back my lost data, but the app does not give scope to edit or delete fuel filling data which I entered mistakenly. Lost all my stored records. Unable to retrieve anything now. Plus the app looks like a direct advertising platform for Honda instead of being helpful for it's users. From a lesser useful app now it has become a CRAPPY APP. I hate it simply!

Thanks for allowing 17 characters now for Chassis number / Engine number. However, now the application still shows valid chassis and engine numbers as invalid which was accepted by the application in older versions (up to I believe March before the previous 3-4 updates). Basic checking needs to be done before changing the version. It would be highly appreciated if service center is allowed to upload invoice and payment can be done by using the application. Also previous information should not be lost after update. Now uninstalling the mobile application as I think directly calling the service center is better than struggling with this impossible.

In the latest version all saved details are lost. What kind of app update is this? Not at all user friendly. Please test your apps before releasing to poor customers Update 4/10/2017 - Thanks team for listening. I can see that you have fixed the above issue. I can see all the details now.. :)

Edit : My fuel logs for August and September have disappeared after the update! Strangely enough, the logs of the months before August are present. I tried logging out and logging in. Nothing helped. This completely disturbed my fuel logs! If this remains so unstable, i ll have to find a 3rd party app for fuel logs.

Hey I have just now updated app and issue of yahoo.co.in mail ID is now resolved. You can check on play store as 1 update is released recently for H connect app.Amazed to see such such response in fixing the issue. Loving this new version of H connect.

Please mention your customer care number because as I tried to call you people by clicking the contact Honda option which was mentioned in your app, it always ends up by saying that please check your dailed number and your dailed number doesn't exists... It didn't right on your part to give or provide wrong customer care number in your app... ???? So please mention the exact customer care number which will help customers of your's like me...

Older version was better. Tried logging in with the new version didn't happen.Created a new account and tried adding my vericle. Its showing the error Vehicle already linked? Help!!

Update : i have the latest version installed of Honda Connect. Yet I'm getting perpetual notifications. How do I turn off notifications ? I'm driving the car, I know its engine has been turned on or it's idle. There should be a setting which allows us to choose times of the day when it gives notifications.

Despite repeated requests no solution was provided, app is not showing car location while searching the location app stops abruptly.

Totally disappointing not much features..Poor health statistics..GPS is pathetic and not accurate..I have expected more interesting than the products available in market...:(

It was really awesome but after the update iam not able to connect or link it with my Facebook account.

The app is not able calculate the mileage ( shows incorrect value) when tank is partially filled despite being fully filled the next time. According to the developer's reply we will have to fill the fuel tank of the vehicle at an exact level ( should be same as previous fill up) or fill it up to the max level otherwise it will show a false value.????

Few Feedback : 1. There is no notification, when you open the app and go to notification then only you can see notification.. But it should be automatically. 2. Fuel thing does work automatically, it should be. If you are taking contract, then you should keep listening your customers.

the previous version was much better. the current version is very slow and sometimes updates only after 1 hour and has rendered it useless. if possible revert to the old app version.

Earlier the app behaviour was perfect. Recent installation on a new phone has ruined it. App is slow. Trying to open anything apart from home page freezes or crashes the app.
