St George's Antibiotics Guide

The St George's Hospital Antibiotic Guidelines app puts the St George's Healthcare Empirical guidelines, Gentamicin guidelines and Vancomycin guidelines into your pocket so you have access to them when you need them.

As well as the guidelines the app contains calculators for Gentamicin dosing, Vancomycin dosing and adjustment dosing as well as creatinine clearance.

Please note this app is for use only by St George's Hospital staff. St George's Healthcare NHS Trust cannot be held responsible for any incidents that arise from following these guidelines in another trust.
