About IP Connection Tester
Intended to troubleshoot/test IP connections. One user runs as the server, and waits for a connection at a specified port, the other user runs as a client, and tries to connect to the server IP and port. Once a connection is established, chat messages can be sent back and forth between the two devices.
On the client screen the data should be input like this: host IP, port, timeout(ms).
Note: most mobile connections cannot act as a server.
