Recently updated my one plus 3 to nougat and having issues selecting items. It's automatically selecting audits and won't let me go back to change it.

Didn't work for S5 then upgraded to S7 and still doesn't work. For something that should make they job easier I find it irritating that it only works with Apple!

When i open app it just tells me my device has not been updated, which it has, and doesnt let me login. It gets stuck on loading screen that says verifying credentials.

When trying to tap the buttons on my just released Samsung tab S3, the app acts like I tapped the but on twice. Very frustrating that they do not support android. Even devices less than 3 months on the market.

New update will not mark yes. You have to hit "unanswered" to get it to register yes, but it answers 2 questions at a time. Did this on a Samsung Tab a and a Samsung Nore 5.

Not allowing me to answer questions with yes only NO. I have installed and u installed 4 times now. It's also not starting over once u exit out it stays with same audit

This app is not working for me.

Required signature to complete audit, but does not have required menu button to accept signature. Galaxy S7.

I tried using my note 4 to submit report, but it cannot capture my signature. is there any way i can access from another device to submit that report that is stored in my phone? i cannot redo the report as i did not back up the photos inside the report. please advise

This app was working before. But now I'm not able to open this app on MZ604 using Android 4.0.4 version. Its just showing loading. What could be the reason ? Please help

Downloaded the app and it won't even open. Just acts like it is loading

I can get to the very end but it asked for my signiture and when i put it on it would not go any further. It kept saying signitures not captured and wouldnt let me finish i had to do it all over on my Samsun tablet... can this be fixed

Hi. I have tried to use this, but not able to connect. After giving my credentials & tried to connect, but it says problem with synchronisation, check the Internet connection, though I have already connected with using mobile Data. . Please advise

Works great however I cannot finish my audits due to updating to the Galaxy tab S2. Please update app. I am unable to hit a menu button to accept signatures because the tab style 2 does not have one

What's the point of doing the Audit when you can't save it? You know the save button doesn't work. This shouldn't be a more than 24 hour long fix. And you've known it hasn't worked since you released the app. Fix it already and make our lives easier.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S 5 and I'm having issues on the signature page. When I go to sign the app tells me to sign and hit the devices menu button to return. I have hit every button on my device and it never accepts the signature. There needs to be a button on the screen to approve signatures.

After spending an hour doing an audit I can't save the file. Complete waste of my time as I can't access the information I've painstakingly tracked on my phone.

Samsung is the large market share holder of andriod devices in the world and when I call you tell my your piece of crap app doesn't support samsung devices? Thanks I'll go back to paper auditing. UPDATE!!! Still does not work on my Note 3. When I called when I originally posted this I was told they did not support samsung!! Now the said below they support Samsung, just not the note devices. WHAT? I will say it works better but I still cannot save and email and not print for ARLs doing self assement?

Cannot download or print results in Samsung note 2. App works fine otherwise.

Got through a few questions and tried to add pictures. The app kicks me back to the 1st question and all of my progress is lost. Yes I hit the worthless save button. Tried multiple times and it failed with each attempt. I'll stick to the laptop version. This app is not ready for market. Don't waste your time. There's a reason it's so poorly reviewed.

After the most recent update it now works on the Note 4! Thank you!

Finally fixed but screen rendering is still a little off. Thanks for adding option to add pics!

Whatever you did in your update from last night the app is not working, itll come on but no longer processes information, as many clients as you have im sure this will be resolved in no time , well at least hope for it to be

After update it finally worked. Go to do an audit and you can't save or print, wasted time! Then to see replies that Samsung isn't supported? You do realize that not everyone in Pizzahut has iPhones right? This is the equivalent of putting out an online special and when customers call to say it's not working, we tell them to kick rocks! SMH

Pages don't load properly and image capture function doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy 5. Also when scrolling through available check boxes, page reverts back to precious screen.

The buttons in the app don't work. They did before the last update.

I updated steton just now & was not expecting it to work but it did to my surprise! Didnt get to use it with my galaxy 8 for half a year and it suddenly worked now! Thanks!

Won't work on my HTC ONE X

Downloaded easy, will not accept my username/password...11 attempts...and yes, I updated my Google Nexus phone BEFORE downloading the app.....any information as to how to get this app running is greatly appreciated!

The bottoms of this aplication don't work when I m trying to choose a assessment to do please fix it, it used to work before the update.
