We have kids and are living in one of Sterling's properties which has damp,mould and plaster hanging off the walls. They send idiots out to do repairs that take literally all day. They won't fix our house so getting environmental health involved. The agents lie about the houses they let, even the managers lie about repairs. They basically tell you what you want to hear and don't plan to act on it. A big bunch of scheming liars.

Unqualified people fixing lifts, bad damp, lack of repairs, and much more. Their Briar Hill Court block is paticulary terrible. Damp in all flats, mould, Dominique is rude.

I know a few people renting from Sterling and unfortunately they all seem to have had terrible experiences with bad maintenance and communications with the agency. I would not recommend them.
