Fortunatelly, i had a version of bash in /system/xbin so i kept a working shell. The bash version provided doesn't work in terminal emulator; the app doesn't log anything except the 5 or 6 same commands [sh, shell, am, am.jar] and that's it. No information about the actual commands, no intel about the package launching the commands... nothing...
I had to boot into recovery --> mount /system --> cd /system/bin --> mv sh sh.new --> mv sh.bak sh --> recovers the original sh. Using ADB.EXE and adb shell.

Useless piece of crap. It gave me error saying some crap can't be unmounted.
Among other things my battery charges faster & Systems runs better ,& ,more ..
