Purchased but can't find where it downloaded on my Kindle, checked in apps, device, cloud, don't see it anywhere. Can't email developer either. Anyone know where it was downloaded to? Tried all different ways to add Google Play from the net,thought this would work like a charm, still a no go. :-(

I must say every kindle user would buy this app if they know how it can make their kindle to work as a regular tablet :)

Turned an entry level tablet into a great tool for work and entertainment. If you added a hack to allow backgrounds i would pay again.

I had next launcher installed from Google play on my rooted kindle fire HD, but when I found this I decided to try it with next launcher (grabbing the apk from my galaxy note pro), but it kept crashing as soon as I pressed the home button... Guess I'll just have to deal with the missing notification bar occasionally happening…

My rooted Kindle responded well to the Google apps installation - finally I have Play store and "normal" YouTube on there. The ability to remove Amazon ads doesn't appear to work though (this is a 2012 Kindle Fire HD). Will try it on my other 2013 Fire HD7 later. Not the end of the world as far as I am concerned - worth it to get the extra apps and Market place on there! Well done.

The APP works flawlessly and gives you everything you need to make your Kindle a true Android tablet.

Option to disable ads not working atm. Enabled option, rebooted, ads still showing. Other than that, some helpful features.

This app needs to be updated as it no longer disables lock-screen ads on KF7HD Version 7.4.6.

Looks like this hasn't been updated for a while. The ads still work and you have to do an extra step to remove them yourself. Otherwise a great app.

This seriously messed up my kindle. It said system updating, but didn't take long and I didn't think it was a true update. I opened the app, installed most stuff, then bought it, installed the rest, rebooted, that message happened, and now my statusbar keeps flickering on and off.... What can i do? Update! It's an issue with Gmail. If this happens to you, turn gmail notifications off. Should fix it

Saves time of activating a lot of features manually. Not clear how to uninstall launchers as they don't appear in app list. No custom wallpaper picker.

Would be cool if there was a built in build prop changer for market compatibility

Purchased for my kindle but app store sent it to my cell phone. No way to 're-download and developer will not answer email. So have to rate as a 1 sta

My primary reason for getting this app was to be able to disable the LS ads. I have root access and granted permission to the app but it won't get rid of them.

The popup menu that comes up whenever you click a category is annoying. Also, you can't tell if certain features have been enabled. I tried doing the lockscreen disable ads one, and rebooted, but the ads still appear. Also did the OTA disable, but I can't even tell if it actually is disabled or not because the options in the app doesn't even say if it is enabled or disabled. Would be useful if the app showed status changes on features that were installed or the user configured.

Obviously you need to go through the pains of rooting your kindle first. But, once you do, you'll be hard pressed to get any launchers working. Well thanks to this app, you're given a variety to choose from. I went for the Nova Launcher ( it installs the regular one), but I updated to the pro version since it also does you the favor of adding google play store to your kindle. Finally, the promise to disable the screen lock ads works as promised. I'll hold on to my $15. Thank you devs! This is a truly marvelous MUST-HAVE for Kindle Fire owners. PS- I have the 8.9HD

I don't buy a whole lot of apps but honestly I think this one was worth the money. It does give you the ability to run most of the best google apps but they aren't perfect by any means. The Gmail app works, but the scrolling seems to be a little messed up. Chrome is functional but still needs improvements. The ability to block the ads and install your own launcher are worth a lot more than $2 so overall I would say this is a good purchase. Looking forward to future updates! **What Brandon said was true about the Gmail notifications messing up the status bar. Make sure you turn off notifications for Gmail if you are having problems. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

This has freed my kindle from the awful locked down amazon experience. I struggled to install Google Play but simply repeated the steps a couple of times and eventually it worked. Highly recommend this to anyone that wants to have standard android on their Kindle Fire HD

insanely easy to use... sorts everything out with simple clicks! totally worth it! Makes play market the default which is sooo useful! UPDATE: doesnt kill the ad screen... :(

Not a bad app but it doesn't remove ads in the 7.4.8 update with a rooted device.

Please add an option so I can disguise my kindle as a nexus or prime, I would love to access all of my apps.

I used the free app then bought this and finished my setup. My kindle now looks like a nexus 7 thanks

Getting kindle fires rooted and using Google play store is one thing but using this app to also give you better android front end than Amazon's efforts takes it to the next level.

Does what it says on the tin For your Kindle books just select + then just add home to your home page Also for those of you who want to make your Kindle into anything else just search "themes" in the market !!!!!! You will be wanting your bum wiping next. For the developer ......... Good work sir *****

Thanks a million for developing this app. Had tried so may other apps and failed to get them working on the HD 7. This app contained all different utils I actually needed in one and they all actually worked so easily. Delighted my Kindle is all setup perfectly now. Cheers.
