Really? So what kind of file that supported to work on this app? .mp3? .docx? This is a joke. It works fine on my apple device. Why suddenly android turned into garbage?

1. I cannot move my label easily 2. cannot change front size 3.There are fewer label patterns but this app is very beautiful i am still waiting for your new update

There's a tutorial page, but nothing happens, can't bring in a photo, can't make a label. I'm pretty app savvi and don't understand why this isn't working.

I love this app.. The labels are cute but the only thing is there are only a few label options... Please provide more. Then I will surely give it five stars...

Used to like it a lot but since I changed to Note5, these app did not support it anymore :( It works fine if you take picture using the app directly, but if you want to use your pics from gallery, you'll get error msg.. I hope they will fix it soon

I've used this app countless times on any device I've ever had for the past 2 years. I have the s7 edge now and my picture files aren't supported now? Nothing's changed with my photos so what did you developers do to the app? Uninstalled.

Do you know the tutorial page? I cant get over it.

It's a good app if you want to add text to your instagram photos. Love how cute it is & it's barely less than 1 mb so it doesn't take too much space.

I had this app on my Samsung Galaxy Young and iPhone and it was really great so when I got my new phone, I hoped for the same great experience. I keep getting a "File not supported" error message whenever I try to edit any photo saved on my phone—screenshots, those taken by the phone's camera, etc. The only way this app works on my phone is when I directly take a photo while using the app. Please fix this.

Literally just downloaded it 2 minutes ago, and it kept telling me on every pic I tried to upload, "This File Not Supported". Immediately deleted it because there are other label apps, and I don't have time for this one.

But now i cant use photos from my library and even when a take a pic using labelbox, i cant reopen it after saving. Really frustrating and sending me looking for an option. Please fix it quickly!

Won't let me upload pictures I've taken on my phone and it freezes so much then just shuts down. Loved this app on my iPhone but its junk on my new phone. If you have anything other than an iPhone don't waste your time installing it.

It doesn't matter what type of image I use it keeps saying file type not supported. Not worth my time. Uninstalling immediately

Until it starts to failed to load saved images for label. Only enabling instant camera image to label. Pls help to fix this else im deleting this apps for good :(

Labelled landscape images are saved as portrait mode, so difficult to show on apps that can't re-orientate. Great app if you only want to work in portrait!

Flips my photos over and no way to turn them. Also no way to edit the length of the banner or reposition it after you have made it. Very disappointed and I am uninstalling.

Wouldn't allow me to upload on Samsung TabS - works on galaxy s5. Would be better if there were an undo button for erasing mistakes. And if you could move labels around after creating them.

Worst app ever. Cant use any photo on device or from camera. App just says "Format not supported".... Load of BS!!!

had this app on my iOS devices and really liked it. after quite some searching I found it for Android, now I can put labels on photos taken with my phone, however each & every time I try to load from gallery it errors saying "this file is not supported". anyone know a fix. 2014 Moto X on 5.0.1. the app developer isn't responding to email. I paid for the app by the way :]

I love the app but I can only edit the photo when I take a picture.It wont let me edit a photo in my library can you please fix it.

Every pictures are just not supported to start with. Please fix. It worked well on XperiaZL tho.

used to love this app. switched to s6 and now can't use anything from my library.

Doesn't support loading a picture with Samsung devices. I have the S6 and EVERY photo is, "not supported"

I think its really good not just for selfies but adding words to pictures its so affective and looks like u got the picture right off of tumblr I love it !!

I loved this app on iOS but I just switched to an android phone so got this app. No matteer what photo I try to open it tells me the photo is unsupported and cannot be opened. The app is useless :-(

It doesnt work on my LG G3... I had no problems using this on ios and my previous phone LG G2 and Note 2...please fix

The iPhone version was a great app. I now have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and I cannot edit labels at all. I can't change the size, I can't rotate thrm, I can't move them, and I can't delete them. Unfortunately, this app in its current form is useless to me. I hope it is updated soon to be compatible with newer phones. (I also note that this app has not been updated in 2 years, and the developer's website does not open.)

Works with photos I take with program but not from library on my Verizon LG

I've had this app for a long whole now and now suddenly, every pic I choose gets a "this image is not supported" message.. :(

The app is okay my only problem is that, I cannot drag or move my labels from one side of the pic to another side.
