The app gives you the possibility to:
• See details for your booking
• See port information and possibility to get directions to the port from your current location
• Cancel your booking (if enabled for the Customer account)
• Transfer your booking to another departure on the same route or on an alternative route (if enabled for the Customer account)
• Get an overview with shortcuts to your previously viewed bookings
Please note that the customer must approve that cancel and/or transfer via the app is allowed before these functions are enabled. If neither cancel or transfer is allowed, no Pen icon will be shown on your active bookings.

* Your planner(s) can send an SMS from Extranet with a link to view a Booking in the app. Just click on the link in the SMS to see the booking details - you don't have to keep track of the Booking number/Vehicle registration combination.
* You can use a unique Customer reference instead of the Booking number when adding a booking.

Completely pointless app if it can't be used to make new bookings. Stena freight bookings can't be made online on laptop either. Why? As well as that the app didn't send me a text to verify my Irish phone number. It did work with my French number. Again, why?
