This 30 Day Push Up Challenge App contains 3 workout plans;
- Bronze ( beginners )
- Silver ( intermediate )
- Gold ( advanced )
These workouts are simple 30 day workout plans. You do increasing number of pushups each day, based on a timer.
In the challenges you have 1 exercise which you have to do each day, and the time spent doing the exercise will increase day by day to help you build up your muscle strength gradually, with a few rest days to ensure you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily.
A timer is available to keep track of your best efforts for the following exercises:
* The standard Push Up
* Wide-Grip Push Up
* Narrow-Grip Push Up
* One-Arm Push Up
* Clap Push Up
* Push Up to Side Plank
