InstaShop - Grocery Delivery

There is a problem with the app, I've downloaded, uninstalled then re-downloaded, all with the same result. It's telling me there is something wrong with my internet and when all my other apps and browsing on Chrome is working. UPDATE 19TH AUGUST 2017 : ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

New version still not working, saying internet connection disrupted. I used to use this a lot

Never works on Android, always says internet connection issue while I know my internet is working on other apps!!!! UPDATE 19-08-2017: The issue still not fixed!!!!

Prices are much more higher than normal. I will be stupid to shop with it. Uninstall.

Does what it says on the tin, made my first order. I also like the idea of scheduled orders! Fulfills my need this summer.

Doesn't work.. I downloaded but keeps saying there is a problem with my Internet or the app keeps loading. I tried to uninstall and install again but same happened

Its ok and customer service is good. but they brought the grocary not fresh from the nearest Flavors shop, whish suprised me. If i want from flavor i would have called the store. I think i wont use it again

This app doesn't work telling me my internet connection is down while all other apps are running without problems.

An average person is spending 2 years of their life waiting in the line. I think I just saved one with this app!!!

It has been 5 days now that i cannot use the app. I called you and you promised it will be resolved at the update on Saturday. But still having the same issue. The app was working fine up until now. Please fix asap or i will have to uninstall completely. Thanks

It is a well developed app and very convenient. Being a stay at home mom with 2 kids under 5, instashop definitely made life much easier! And customer service are very prompt and professional

Extremely slow deliveries, even though shop is just downstairs, not worth to overpay for the service charge (JLT-D branch).

Amazing app

The coolest app by far in Dubai. Awesome job guys!!! Even when I have issues like an item is missing the customer service team is always on top of the situation and the coolest thing by far is that they send you replacement options to choose if one item is missing... This was the issue when I have to call the shop.. Now I just accept or decline the replacement... Amazing app recommend to every one

I like like using instashop a lot!! Its very user friendly and they have a lot of products available and listed ... I tried the other apps and this is the best !!

App is good but they delivered rotten fruits and i got a stinky attitude from the manager (seaside) when i went to exchange

Thank you, but it does not include any available offers within the store. Only increment of 500 gm in vegetables and fruits why? Needs more improvements: Similar products when I select one, payonline through safe channels, adding points to aswaq card.....

Great app but unfortunately there will always be items out of stock. 7 today. Had to cancel my order , I will rather buy from a reliable online store. I will rate your delivery and packaging as excellent. Maybe look at purchasing threw a larger store?

Terrible delivery service. You have to wait more than the alloted delivery time. When I called to request an update, the shop attendant says that they only have one driver and will take longer. It's a stupid service to avail if they cannot deliver on time. It's better to just go to the supermarket yourself.

Absolutely awful. After one order they took an hour n a half n delivered all frozen things defrosted. They were supposed to make up for it by sending replacements another time as an apology. It is coming up to four hours and still no delivery. Do yourself a favour don't bother. Use a different app or go to the store yourself

Never seen ever before that groceries delivering by a company representative for being late.Thank you Mr.Radi for the gesture & groceries, you guys gained Trust by keeping up your service

Possibly the worst app I've ever used. The supermarket is useless. 3 times I've had to threaten with municipality to get food that isn't spoiled. They charge my card full amount and only brought half of the order. Many times they take 3 hours to deliver even though time advised is 60 min. Absolutely useless

My mom loves this app. Customer service guys are really helpful and one even speaks our language (pashto).

The delivery was fast but the order came missing 1 item. I called them and they directly sent me the missing item

The best grocery delivery app in town. Literally just a few clicks and the order is at your doorstep. Love it :)
