App does not work, Unit does not stay cold, they do not provide refunds or stand behind the product. They are now holding have the faulty unit and my 1600, lied to my credit card company. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL!

I have not been able to get my BBC to sync with the app. Now I can't even get to the blink up option of the app to try and sync it again. I log into the app and it shows my dashboard, but mean while the BBC isn't even plugged in. Where is the information coming from? Not from my steak locker that's for sure.

Galaxy S5 works perfect with Steaklocker. Can't wait til charcuterie app!

Figured out my issue. Updated and lost everything. What you need to do is log out, then log back in. Everything seems to work again after I did that.
