So no surge pricing, honestly I'd be willing to pay more but I guess that's what the tips for to go directly to the driver so if you are a passenger please tip atleas the 20% if you can afford to. I'd prefer if i could sign in with Facebook so to your developer import the Facebook API and pull the users phone number from contacts or something. I don't know if Android pay/apple pay is linked to the app yet, but that would be awesome. I'd like to be able to preview my route and fare total not enter in payment

Big mistake! Should be 0 stars! I needed a ride so I checked the app and it said the driver was 11 minutes away so I requested it. Immediately the app said the driver had arrived, I then tried to text the driver to see if this was correct. No response. I then tried to call the driver a few times and no one would answer. I then canceled the ride and was charged $5. I then sent an email to the company to dispute the charge and 2 days later I have yet to hear a response.

I'm trying to get a picture up but it fails to upload the one I select. Card was a hassle too. Just a few bugs needed work out.

Scanned my debit card, and while it read my card, it kept telling me my card was invalid when I attempted to apply it.

WORST APP EVER. Would have been stuck at the airport if it wasnt for Uber.

App has a number of questionable design decisions (forcing me to create a whole new login and password, for example), and the actual service costs more than a taxi.

I'm in the middle of Grand Rapids and there are no cars whatsoever.

App won't allow me to put in destination so that I can see the fare estimate

Can't put in destination on Android device. No drivers in area yet. Looking forward to using this.

No surge pricing and drivers seem better! Won't use anything else now!
