AppaGrapha®, a medication reminder developed by pharmacists, assists you in successfully meeting the challenge of integrating your medication and health therapy with your busy life. This app will help you manage your medications including those for complex diseases like Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Hepatitis-C, Crohn's Disease, Cancer, HIV, Cystic Fibrosis ( CF ), and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
