Constantly logging out mid-drive, stopping tracking. That kind of defeats the purpose.

It is not recording any of my trips after they released the update to fix the crashing issue. This app is total garbage.

Keeps crashing...sick of the popup that says State Farm has stopped running Why isnt anyone fixing this or responding? Think ill switch Insurance companys

Since the last update app keeps crashing and notification for the app stays at the top n doesn't go away

If failing to record trips, delete the app, reboot your phone, then re-install the app. Worked for me.

It was working now it's a rubbish. Now it's working again, 2 **.

App works fairly well, but since the update, the telematics icon stays at the top of my phone all the time, and there's no way to clear it. This is Very annoying. App constantly crashing even when not open makong my phone slow+ lag and crash. Uninstalling app

This app keeps crashing on me since the update. I've sent in several reports, but nothing has changed. The notification comes up every few seconds, stopping whatever I'm doing on my phone (not driving). It's terrible. Please fix this!!!

Having the same issue since the update ad everyone else it seems. It was a great app before, just doing its thing in the background, now the app not working notification is getting incredibly annoying. Seems to pop-up on my screen every 30 seconds.

Since the update it stays open on my top bar. Recent update there is nothing but errors. I've sent 3 reports still problems. Please fix. *does not work. Errors every 5 minutes. Uninstalled until fixed*

It worked for two weeks. Now it keeps crashing, I always have a state farm notification that I can't get rid of. I'm constantly getting "state farm stopped working" notifications that are so often and so annoying that I don't care about the savings, I'm just going to uninstall the app.

Idea is great, always nice getting an extra discount. But lately app is awful. I won't complain about the notifications because it takes 5 seconds to turn them off for the app. It crashes constantly though, even running in the background. While open, it's difficult to keep it open long enough to review the last trip. Uninstalling it, and hopefully I remember to try it again in a few weeks.

Ever since the update it crashes every 5 seconds. Soooo annoying! & there is a notification at the top that never goes away and says "waiting to record next trip" yet it hasn't recorded a single trip since the update ... just deleted and redownloaded to try to fix the problem but judging from the other comments I doubt it will work.

Crashes a lot and they are slow to fix it. They are aware of the problem. Why don't they roll back to the last version, grrr.

Drains the battery 4x more than any other app. The score system is also poorly done (it favors Sunday drivers that only drive around the block, instead of professional drivers that don't have any transit issue)

Agreed, the "waiting to record your next trip" notification is annoying. What good is it if an app tells me that it's not doing anything? Another thing is that the system requirements are simply not accurate. I bought a new smartphone with Android 6.0 and the app would't run although that phone obviously has a gps sensor. The hotline told me I should have called them in advance to inquire about the compatibility. Why would I do that if the website clearly states the requirements? I asked them to correct the information on their website, but they don't seem to care. Other than that, the app is doing altight in my LG G3, at least the telematics section which is all I use.

I'm not liking the constantly-there notification. "Waiting to record your trip". So annoying. My lock screen will never be free of notifications with this feature. Not necessary at all. Now it keeps crashing too.

After the latest update the app crashes all the time. I'm beginning to wonder if they'll call my driving history recorded by the app invalid due to all the app problems!

This new version keeps a message in the message bar saying it's waiting for the next trip....can't open the app without it crashing. It crashes so much I'm constantly getting warnings saying it crashed when I'm trying to type a text. It worked great before this update, but if these problems aren't fixed in the next couple of days I'm removing it....too annoying.

Your grandmother programmed this app because you need to drive like one to avoid being penalized!! Brake for that yellow light - lose points. Accelerate to merge safely on the highway - lose points. Set your cruise on the freeway just above the speed limit and you will be recorded as randomly speeding along your route - lose points. Someone cuts you off and you need to brake hard - lose points. Seems like this app wants you to drive so carefully and slowly that you piss every other driver off around you. It encourages you to drive unsafely because now you are impeding the flow of traffic. You can clearly tell who is using one of these apps on the road. They are the ones about to cause an accident because other drivers are taking chances to get around them. I see it everyday. Needs some adjustments to the driver performance metrics to be more forgiving especially on the highways. I am only using this app because my driving habits are generally good and I am getting a discount off my premium despite all these points being unfairly deducted.

Crashes continually. Similar to other people it started recently, perhaps with the last update. Prior to that it worked ok, apart from the annoying everpresent "Waiting to record your trip" notification that can't be dismissed. I had to disable all notifications from this app.

It used to work and now all it does is crash, drain battery and show notifications about crashing that blocks you from using your phone no matter what you are doing.

Dec 2017: latest Android update 7.1.1 has made this app crash. Unusable at this point. This app is really pathetic. Get with it!! Try hiring a real developer with focus group background. Too basic to provide a properly representative report of a driver's habits. It reports distractions but didn't take into account or allow for a passenger using the phone, it starts tracking a trip but you can't turn it off if your are the passenger until way after the drive is complete. It dues not take into account driving in heavy traffic conditions on higher speed limit routes which are twisty-turny where one must keep up with the traffic flow at the posted limit. The water leak is also garbage. Does not report the battery status, appears to be late with the device status. Overall pathetic!!!!!! Needs focus group refinement by a top notch developer that understands not only software but traffic engineering and human psychology... Not the Mickey mouse team doing it now.

A message keeps popping up saying the app isn't working and to close it. It happened about every 30 seconds. It's getting very annoying.

This app has problems and needs to get fixed. Last update I keep getting app has stopped and to close or send feedback.

State farm ap keeps stopping, it is in my way on my screen constantly popping up stopping, I can't ever use it, won't open for me ever. So clearly this is state farms way of making our insurance go up because I'm not using the ap...even though I try to ask the time... Just brutal

Crashes non-stop and haven't been able to open the app in weeks. Please just fix the issues! Finding it difficult to believe an app that constantly crashes is accurately recording my drives.
