This thing is horrible. It doesn't let you describe damage at all. You can only enter dent, scratch, or heat...what about cracks, structural damage or paint? Not to mention, this basically makes your paying customers do YOUR job. This app makes me want to change insurance agents alone. So disappointing. I thought it would actually expedite things.

Too many clicks required to access my bank information and takes so long to load details. Pocket Agent was much better.

Where the hell are my widgets? The only damn thing I used in the app.

The look of the app is updated, but the new format of the app is hard to navigate. It takes longer to get to the accounts and has less information compared to the previous version.

Didn't this app used to have a widget for quick access to electronic insurance card?

One of the better features of the predecessor was the ID card widget, which is now gone.

Deleted pocket agent icon and didn't put an icon anywhere for the new app

Won't tell me when my bill gets credited.

I tried to use the Roadside Assistance section, and it was buggy as heck. This needs major fixing.

I absolutely love how easy this app is especially since the new update. It is easy to navigate through the app to get to the information you need. I also love how this app now helps you find things like gas stations, repair shops, and car rentals. Great job State Farm!

This app is a huge improvement over the previous app (Pocket Agent). Easy to navigate and find all of my policy info.

Ok, app is delightful

I hate dealing with this app. It's great for pulling up my policy when it works but I've had to reset my password 3 times already because, even though I keep putting it in EXACTLY right, I get locked out. I know I'm entering it right every time because I have it written in my phone's notes but I've lost my patience with this.

Love the app! I'm able to keep up on my bills and now what's due, keep tabs on my State Farm checking account, and view my insurance cards! State Farm may not be the cheapest insurance out there but they stay by my side and provide me top quality service when I need it and you can't put a price on quality service!

My fingerprint scanner logs me into all my apps except this one, I have nothing buy issues logging into this app, it's so frustrating that I want to switch insurance companies just to get one with a real app. This thing is the worst app ever created. Constant struggle.

Great app for insurance. I can monitor payment to my credit card but can't see payment history for my car loan.

Since last update, 2 of my policies got deleted, and I can't pay them.

App is worthless. Will not allow me to make a payment. Guess you will get no payment.

I am unable to see my auto insurance card.

I have fingerprint access enabled. Don't force me to change my password!

The insurance part of State Farm is great. The banking part is absolutely the WORST. Can't get this app to link up even after 17 trys in a matter of two flippin weeks. It's an ONLINE BANK for crying outloud, but you can't find your account, statement, or even available funds ONLINE. SO DONE WITH STATE FARM BANK.

How about instead of releasing an update that announces an up coming update you just release the intended update. Rediculous.

Worked really well for the first couple months, and then the device stopped syncing to my phone. Pointless in keeping it if it won't do what it is supposed to. Also, the power to the device is perfectly fine.

Nice to have insurance cards accessible, but not in a pinch. When you need your card quickly, you might get prompted to do a seemingly arbitrary yet mandatory app update before you can get to your cards.

Why is it that state farm wants to know all that info and permission. Not a fan, and I would give 0 stars if i could but I cant.

Would be more useful if it rembered login. There is no good reason to require logging in everytime. Add a rember me option.

This app sucks, I opened a bank account over 2 weeks ago and have tried to enroll it on the app like it says thru the web page 1st and I still don't have acces on either.

The app cannot download completed/verified forms... sometimes it is VERY IMPORTANT to have access to Insurance Forms to demonstrate!!!

Excellent to present auto coverage to law enforcement. In addition, to connecting to roadside service and starting a claim.

It's just made to cost you more money don't use it just call your person this app is for state farm to make more money off of you

Works for me I'm able to check my bill and make payments.
