Odometer Snap

Signed in fine on my pc then phone doesn't use or know current password...so I can't sign in. Ridiculous I have to show mileage, never lied yet

Knows my cars. Takes a photo. Fails to transmit. No error message. Someone should be responsible for testing this app. Maybe it was developed by the President's kid.

This app doesn't even work.

Integrate the mileage reporting into your own app. This is a dumb and redundant app.

It is so easy to use. I used to take a picture of my odometer go to my computer and type in the information. Now I can just take a picture of it and send it.

For California members only. I live in California and keep getting error message from app that "this service is not available in your state at this time…”  Update: 1-26-16. Still useless. Shows all vehicles registered in program, but every time I try to take a picture, I get the message "Unfortunately, Odometer Snap has stopped." Reinstalled but still get the message.

I have a Motorola droid phone and when I want to use the app to take a picture of my odometer it logs me out of the app and I have to log back in and still can not use the feature to capture a picture of my odometer.

Displays a message stating the app doesn't work in my state, then crashes. You didn't fix anything. UPDATE: They're working with me since my state is, in fact, California, but so far it hasn't worked yet.

I have used this app multiple times to report mileage on both our cars. It is super easy to use, and very convenient for odometer reporting. Highly recommend!

Why doesn't it give you the option to add another vehicle?

Would be a good idea if it actually worked. Keeps on force closing when taking picture

Doesn't work get message Unfortunately Odometer Snap has stopped working installed numerous times and uninstalled never worked.

As soon as you try to use it the app crashes! (I was using a Samsung galaxy note 2 not a nexus 5x).

Can now take photos upside down no matter which way you turn the camera, and without option to flip or upload the photo!

Installed, logged in, only lists 1 of 3 vehicles on the policy.

Camera image is upside down on Nexus 5X Marshmallow. Please fix

Crashes and logs me out when I get to the select vehicle point. It used to work fine. I can view the odometer history but I can't take a picture.

Used it successfully on my car, but it won't allow me to use it on my motorcycle even though it lists the policy in the menu.

When using my samsung tablet running the latest android. The app stops working when I try to snap a picture of the odometer.

Why isn't this part of pocket agent? I have to report my milage monthly on my vehicles. One vehicle I can only take a picture until next week, but have already reported my milage on the first of the month and my other vehicle, I have to wait until the end if February to use this app. I guess I'll still log into the website to report my milage. Would be nice if state farm could incorporate a way to report our milage through an ap instead if having to log in on the internet site every month.

Unfortunately, the app malfunctions when registering and does not register a new user... i took me 4 tries to finally register. However, i was not able to log in, no matter how many tries i used... this app was a coo idea though!

Why is a separate app needed to do this one simple thing? This should be part of the Pocket Agent app.

A separate app for something reported twice a year? You could have made this part of the State Farm Pocket Agent.

Too many people have No morals nor values so I guess we all get to be treated like liars and idiots ...

Taking a photo is a nice idea but typing a strong password into the phone's keyboard (which the app erased by the time I got to the car) is much harder than typing an odometer reading into a laptop (letting the password manager take care of login). How about uploading the snapshot to the web site? I appreciate the small, focussed app rather than a big app that demands vast permissions.

It works.... That is about all there is to say about it. Like others have said; why not include this as a feature in the regular State Farm Insurance App?! Having two Apps seems silly. I will re-install this App every 6 months when I need to report my Odometer to SF and removed it right away.

Other people have been saying they were told this is only in California. I'm in California and it STILL told me my cars aren't eligible to submit through this. So not only did I waste my time downloading another app whose functions should be integrated into the main State Farm app, but the ONE state it's supposed to work won't work for me either. Don't waste your time, just log on in your mobile browser of choice.

Try taking a Snap of a digitally lit odo. Doesn't work.

Why can't this be merged into a single state farm app?! I don't see why this needs to be it's own app. This should be already part of pocket agent.

For what? Reporting by pic. And that's it! Why?
