เป็นอีกหนึ่งโครงการของสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ ที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการและบุคคลทั่วไป ที่มีไอเดียด้านนวัตกรรม มีโอกาสสร้างนวัตกรรมให้เป็นจริง และเชื่อมโยงผู้ประกอบการนวัตกรรมให้พบกับผู้ใช้ บริการผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ Bigstart.in.th รวมไปถึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางในการประชาสัมพันธ์และศึกษา ตลาดก่อนนำผลงานนวัตกรรมเข้าสู่ตลาดจริง

โดยผู้ประกอบการและบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ ต้องมีชิ้นงานนวัตกรรมหรือต้นแบบ แล้วถ่ายทำวีดีโอแนะนำผลงาน หลังจากนั้นส่งผลงานเข้ามาทางเว็บไซต์ Bigstart.in.th

เพื่อให้ผู้ที่สนใจโหวตให้คะแนนผลงานของท่าน โดยแต่ละคนจะสามารถโหวตได้ 100 คะแนน ( BigVote 60 คะแนน, Like 40 คะแนน )

ถ้าผลงานของท่านได้คะแนนครบ 500,000 คะแนน ทางสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติจะพิจารณาให้การสนับสนุนต่อไป (การพิจารณาให้การสนับสนุนผลงานหรือโครงการนวัตกรรมเป็นไปตามกฎ ระเบียบ และนโยบายของสำนักงานฯ) Big idea to jump start "starter ideas into innovation. To do great ".
