The prescription and medications tabs need to be combined. Then you need a tab for medical conditions or history. Pull some of that together and this could be awesome.

If you have provided export import backup facility this app would have been better as of now it is good and helpful unless you don't change your mobile handset or else all info may lost because of above features or else it is good

... so far, so good. Seems to be just what I was looking for - somewhere to store details of current medication that can be accessed easily in case of emergency. A drp down menu would be better than using back button, but I've only just started using app, so I might have missed something.

Great app! Needs more color added in note section ( such as blue, yellow and black) for maybe general notes, doctor notes and such. At last everything in one place.

Very simple and excellent app to store medical records and related documents. But I badly miss: 1) ability to export / email medical files or parts of it. "Captured" data are invisible to medical staff and anybody else. 2) back up data برنامج ممتاز و بسيط لتخزين المعلومات الطبية و نسخ من المستندات المرتبطة بها. و لكني أفتقد بشدة خاصيتين؛ 1) تصدير و طباعة الملف الطبي أو أجزاء منه فقط. المعلومات مخبوسة في الجهاز و لا يمكن إيصالها إلى الطاقم الطبي أو أي شخص آخر. 2) تخزين النسخ الإحتياطية من المعلومات.
