The theme you hear is just the first bit, the actual rest of the theme is not there. It should have had the full theme from TOS. I would not have purchased it if I had of known.

I've been searching everywhere for the whistle ringtone and thought I'd found it here. Alas it only works as a notification alert. Swap it over to ringtone and you've got a sale.
