Updated new version, but apps stop and restart my phone after playing about 10 minutes. Why?

So far so good

Very upset after update, cannot even hear a clear sound at all, before update it was perfect no matter at where

After updated it still cant play at background. I must open the app at the page of the screen in order to play it. So inconvenient.

The app will stop when signal is weak and can't auto resume when signal is back

The interface is nicer now. I still can't listen to it when the app is at background or I've locked the screen

It seems to drop out every 10-15 mins.. I have to close and reopen the app, it is rather frustrating. Would really appreciate if this can be fixed ASAP.

Your 988 apps can't run on background and need to keeps reopen because you have turn on power saving mode. To enable it, go to battery setting, power saving mode, turn off restrict all background data.

Once the player go into background, playback seem got stutter issue. Which mean, when you listen to this can't use other app or put it in background. Phone - One Plus 2 OS - OOS 3.1.0

I like 988, but I hate half listen song suddenly got advertisements. Affect my mood to listen.

Worst online app ever

Even I've stopped the App, the apps will launch on it's own in a sudden!

App used to be good but glitchy nowadays. App turns off by itself. Adverts appear out of nowhere in the middle of interviews, conversation or songs. Please fix it.

This app kept stopping every 15-25min, quite anoying.....

Pls fix this... very inconvenient... keep on turning off by itself....

Used to be a great app. But the signal keeps on dropping now. Have to reopen the app again and again.

The advertisement is too much. Cant hear finish 1 song, an advertisement again. Almost 1 song have 2 advertisement.

Pls fix the bugs

After I press stop to stop radio broadcast, why the radio broadcast will start playing a few minutes later when I I don't want it? Why does the live broadcast will repeat itself for as long as 10-20 seconds at random interval after I have been listening to it for many hours? Why doesn't the radio stop when a phone call comes in? Why all the chinese characters does not show up correctly inside the app? Why 988 广播剧 reply is not available in the app? Why don't you add WIFI lock in the app to prevent WIFI turning off and breaking the radio broadcast?

Used to be a very happy listener. BUT early this year there is increase of UK ads into it. When 988FM had ads, here i heard UK ads . Now to the point in every 5 minutes , UK ads live. In the middle of songs, or DJ presenter talking , i hear UK ads live . What an irritating FM. ALSO , the chinese words is not working recently.

When lollipop minimize, the radio play will lag. Chinese still in Unicode. Kinda disappointed. I oove the station.

Hi 988 app support, I'm with nexus 5 android 6.0, however playback in background will have laggy, stuttering audio, could you please fix this?

Apps will play by itself. Make itu like those music player. When u lock screen ur phone, will able to show you a tab show u playing the 998. Like Spotify etc. It is better to show the music title when playing.

Sometimes it cannot play but work 95 percent most of the time.

It was fine all these while until I've updated to andriod 6.0. The app cant play at background. Can this be fixed?

when the app being minized, the sound will be lagging. pls enhance it!

Can't event do anything after login. Keep stay at the login page. Also cannot skip the login.

用了这 App 就不可以用其他的，不然就自动退出，没得听了。

It always turn off by itself, need to manually click play button or restart the app. Please fix this error and all the information for the front page never update. Appreciate to put some effort on this App.
