The SMS ONE app (SMS ONE) is an application utilized by our network of affiliates to help manage work orders and streamline the onsite validation process into one simple system. It is fully integrated with the SMS One Affiliate Portal and creates real-time communication and work order visibility between the affiliates’ home office, crews and SMS Assist. The SMS ONE app improves the workflow process for both affiliate field technicians and administrators in the following ways:
• Allows affiliate administrators to remotely monitor and manage the status of work order information in one place
• Eliminates back-office costs and paperwork on every work order
• The photo feature captures before and after pictures to ensure every service is completed to 100% satisfaction
• The GPS-enabled functionality reduces technicians check in and out time to under one minute

I appreciate the information on the app and how it makes it easy to schedule my day. There is a problem however when I try to type in the app. It would be a 5 star app if the screen won't scroll up so I can see what I'm typing. And if there was a way to refresh my location when I'm on site and I have to restart my phone to get it to register my location it won't load at all any more

Can't ever keep from losing contact,,,yeah I report that this app ...worst app ever...once I log in a store...can't check out then spend 15 minutes calling in and sending more pics to verify work done another 30 minutes x 8 jobs that's half a day's work

Finished service and checked in. Prompt came up said I was 5 miles from location. I was sitting in parking lot. Then kept getting error message saying sms app unfortunately closed. Then every time I swipe my screen to access other apps I get the stupid box saying sms unfortunately closed when I never opened it. I flat refuse to use this app and do not recommend it to others.

Some problems fixed still has lots of issues. Just had to uninstall and install again to get it to open. Still a big TIME WASTER :-( :-(

Has a very hard time tracking locations as well as needing an abundance of pictures to check in. It seems by the time people get used to one app they have created another and need us to become familiar with the new one.

Pretty dang cool program, sets the bar so far for user interface compared to.my other contractors.
