Kept having timeout error on iPad and login error on hand phone. I was able to use 2 days ago and now I can't use it at all!

Can't logged in anymore on my 2 tablets and the credits I bought was stuck.

I am missing calls!!!

After logging in, it crashed. How to use?

found solution to havr permanent run at backgroud. using sip cssipsimple. pfingo is great. having spore number at overseas and free infoming call. excellence email voicemail and miss call alert thru email!!!! But the pity is dont support sms. Provided useless sms solution. :( maybe they can review malaysia yeslife with perfect solution.

Even the call function didn't work. Do u guys even perform any testing at all? Used another app and the call finally went through. Wasted my time and money on this nonsensical piece of work

Unable to log in using redmi note. Luckily I haven't buy any credit. Think I stick to Skype will be a safer choice although Skype is a bit more expensive.

Can't make overseas call

I use this app every day. It needs an better refresh rate. Also to find contact and call is hard to do as it goes to top of list most of the time. The only reason I gave 2 star is that it's better than carrying my laptop everywhere. I hope something will be done to improve this app.

Pfingo hasn't been easy to use on mobile. I used it 2 years ago and it was crap then. But i recently installed it again and i have no major problems using this app now. Login sometimes take longer than expected but otherwise it's been great. Pls keep up the good work and continue improving this app!

I fully agree with Andy Tan. The system is so hopeless. Whenever you dial, it will say "Calling" but there will be no ringtone, after about 30 seconds, it will automatically change to "In Call" but the line will be dead. You need to keep looking at the system. The moment it changes to "In Call" you should hang up. If not, it will keep eating up your money till such time you disconnect. I will never recommend this to any one. Absolute rip off... Quietly takes your money off without doing anything...

Like seriously, your iOS version was still better than android version, calls hang or drop half way and it just hangs the phone. The previous version was still better.

Starhub is getting from bad to worse. Receive complaint then panic, no complaint hack care. Never take good care of loyal customers. I think I should move on to M1.

I bought the phone from Starhub, not the app! I should be given the rights to uninstall any apps that I do not want. Why should I have it when I'm not even using it?

Call rings once and then total silence when calling. Credits still deducted even though line not connected

It is unstable for all the devices I used, including iPhone, Nexus 7, Redmi and S3. Very often received call failed but don't know why. If is even worse on a Huaiwei 3c. The mic is even not working. A real shame Starhub company and Sinapore product.
