App's authentication is back online but there is no longer a Help option though the "how to use app" describes it. It's missing… Points still occasionally get stuck in conversion too.

lousy. i try to provide my phone no. to receive sms otp but it keep giving me a 'try again' message. then no info given what is wrong. fed up so i deleted it......looks like nobody care in starhub to fix this bug.

Every points earned doesn't get reflected. I've to contact the application helpdesk for my points to be updated and not all my points get updated. Given up hope using this application.

Some promotion is not up to date. Seller says that offers are actually expired

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star reason being that my request of points conversion have yet been completed. It has been 1 week since i request for the conversion, and yet your help center stated 48hrs ?? why put such a deadline when your side cannot fulfill the request and delayed it till now.

1. Says device is rooted when it is not. 2. Not allowing profile update, keeps saying "correction limit exceeded"

App is unable to launch. If your app is unstable please don't edm out.

By looking at the remarks after downloading it, its really CRAP. Starhub, please do something with it if u want to secure ur customers.
