What's the point having an update that doesn't work. I cannot even login. I expected better
Keep telling me to relogin and I have enough...
App keeps asking me to login but doesn't allow me to go to any login page. It would keep reloading with the same message.

Cannot even sign up using the app. Keep on showing a textbox that shows nothing. Tried using the website to sign up but only manage to sign up to Hub ID. My nric is not a valid customer? So don't have to pay the bill right? Is very frustrating when I tried using mobile number to sign in. Singtel app is much better! How are you going to let your customer know their data usage etc?Suggest you to remove the nric field if your database cannot retrieve customer nric info. Simply use mobile number to sign in will be more user friendly.
SuckHub lives to its reputation. New update renders app useless. Now cannot see any info like amount of data or sms or minutes used. Cannot pay bills. Zero stars should be more appropriate.
Sucks to the max. I signed up for DataTravel Asia 3gB yesterday, received SMS confirmation but it didnt appear on my roam manager page. I couldnt even utilise ANY data roam at all while I was in Malaysia, even though I turned on both mobile data and auto roam!! Like WTH?! Where did my $20 go?! Tried login to your stupid app again, none of my bills appeared, there's only a blank white screen, couldnt see any data usage for both local and roam. Please please please do something about your useless app! Its 2018 for goodness sake!!
Kept asking me to re-login repeatedly. Does the app developer even bother to test it before it's available in Play Store?

Absolute rubbish app an internet support on starhub website. I guess having a near monopoly makes the company customer disoriented ...
Used it to pay my bill. However, it just hanged after I entered my credit card details.
"Unclean" user interface. Difficult to find what I want. App doesnt reflect true status of my contract & subscriptions. What I have not shown in summary. What I have for free shown with chargers. Please go and see how Singtel does it. I had not needed to call customer service when I was with them.
I cant see my bill. Is keep on ask to login. Very disappointed.
This is the worst app I've used. Very confusing and doesn't show the number which you're managing. Anyway... Does it matter? Cos this so the only app they have and users don't have a choice, right?

Looks like a bug in the weekend mobile usage. It shows I've used 419GB, which is impossible. I've used more like 419MB

You should install some type of data usage control like the ones in singtel which parents can turn off the mobile data of their kids if they are already exceeding.

New version is not good at all. I can't even log in. everytime open app need me to log in even though i put to keep logged in. Then always prompt me Hub ID or password error even after I reset. Do I need to reset everytime I want to log in.. Rectify the error.. so hating it already.. I used to like it
