sehr komisch das der App einfach das Passwort nicht übernimmt obwohl ich es auf einem Zettel geschrieben habe und 10 mal nachgeguckt, dass ich es richtig geschrieben habe.... Es hat alles nicht geklappt und muss jetzt wieder zur Bank um einen neuen Registrierungscode zu erstellen. Ich mache jetzt einfach smsTAN.

This is just insanely stupid! Has got nothing to do with security! Prompt the user at least and ask if he wants to take the risk. Check if Banking App is installed. You can not fix your two factor fuckup with a root check!!! Do you also check for DirtyCOW, ...? I guess I have to trust somebody else to look after my money who takes it seriously and listens to their customers.

Terrible app woven in to a terrible system for security. It's about as user unfriendly as possible to make it. The password field is blocked from use by password managers and the rules so complicated that you're essentially forced to pick a password that is very easy to brute force. It's overly slow to use and means that you need to enter multiple passwords just to complete a single action - which doesn't increase the security. Why not just use an RSA-style two-step authenticator? Must faster and simpler!
