Since updating today the app crashed 3 times in a row. And doesn't display my rewards which it used to do.

This app does not allow me to register for the past 3 weeks! Failed at Security code field..

No picture of the cards. Now that i have misplaced a card, i don't know which of the 10 cards' value to transfer out.

You can't always have a server or connection down when I'm doing a purchase as a reason.. when can I get to gold member then?

Tried to reload. But everytime transaction fails. The app will prompt "Unfortunately Starbucks app has stopped"

I was stuck on welcome page, even with high speed wifi or 4G, can't even progress to signing in. Truly disappointing.

The top up never goes through, and the app crashes during top up. The previous version before the overhaul was much better and smoother.

generic error. app broken af. just delete this and go back to using the physical card

Easy to use and it saves me the time to check on my rewards and balance rather than going on the website.

It shuts down almost everytime I use it. I can't reload. It shuts down when I'm almost done. Frustrating. Please do something.

Unstable and not reliable. Often stuck in the store not being able to pay with the app.

Cannot log in at all ! Keep saying the app had stopped !!

Couldn't get the barcode to load after taking PAY. Already tried restarting the app and the same on another card registered. Should just load barcode first

stars does not update 1 day after purchase. need to clear data and re-sign in

Works well, when it's working. 1/2 the time, the app doesn't load. Unable to transact while standing at your counter and everyone was waiting behind. The app just kept loading info. Tried on different devices and service providers but same problem. So it cannot be a network or device problem. Still have to carry the physical card around with an unreliable app. Please look into this asap. Thanks.

I added in the Singapore Merlion design card to my account. Then I transferred all the balance to another active card. The app then removed all traces of it in my account. So I decided to buy another Merlion card to add to my account to store in the database. After adding the new card, the app does not show the Merlion design but a blank card. : /

Laggy app that takes a long time to load, likely due to loading all the card information right at the start. Suggest to load the current active card information only and pull all the cards' data when user clicks the dropdown or choose other cards.

Most of the time unable to load while standing in front of the counter for payment. Making me very embarrassed as there is a q behind. Ended up carrying the physical card to make payment. No confidence with the apps for payment. Only use it to check rewards and card balance

I have a card I want to add but the app and website are not allowing me to add the card. So I have an account but cannot add a card. Waiting for the new update and hopefully things will go smoothly. Update: Tried adding the card in the new system but still encountering the same issues.

U cant log into starbucks app as it keep saying the app has stopped working. N even making report to u n yet nothing is done. Crap app.

Failed to reload the card value using the app twice and there isn't any update on the card value. An hour later, the two transactions were carried out and my card value was updated. You need to improve reliability of your app.

Nice app, not that hard to use except it shuts down every single time I try to top up my card. To have this kind of bug sick big time for member who wants to collect stars and the only way is through the card, which can't be top up!!!

Problem with signing in. After entering my email and password, I am unable to sign in as there is no response when I click on "sign in" tab that is located at the bottom of the page.

Worked well on the iPhone 6s but failed to work properly on marshmallow. The cards can't be seen only the values are reflected. Very disappointing .

The reload function doesn't work. Crashed everytime I'd try to reload $$ through the app. Lost count of how many times I'd tried. Finish keying the card details, goes to keying security code then it jus stopped working when went pricessing status. Irritating.

I signed up, then when i tried to log in, it says invalid username/password. I thought i got my password wrong so i changed it. But when i tried again, it still says it is invalid. Please help solve this problem.

Recently Updated but it's worse, stars calculation incorrect until we open rewards button, no more automate free drinks after 60 stars

The app unable to launch. It kept prompting "generic error". No convenient. I have to use my physical starbuck card for ordering instead =(

Not able to see the image of the card. So it's difficult to tell apart the different cards, have to look at the number instead

Every time try top up using app, it will display errors, and today I try again, after enter my card last 3 digit, it say approved, then error . My balance still not top up, my online banking reflect it was deducted

it's terrible? how could starbucks have such a terrible app? can't change particulars, loads inconsistently, really laggy... hire someone to redesign it, PLEASE

Ever since the new update, i am notified of rewaeds via email but the app does not reflect the reward available unlike the previous version. Please fix

App is impossible to use. Firstly unable to key in the Starbucks card number and security code, once I figured a way around that the password I entered is never accepted by the system even though I had met all 4 of the password requirements; Upper case + lower case + numbers + special characters. For a company like Starbucks it's funny that you cannot get a simple app working. Don't go mobile unless you can make it easier for people. Now it just messes with us!
